Taiwan: May the Sound of "Falun Dafa is Good" Awaken People's Hearts

(Clearwisdom.net) On April 23, 2006, I participated in the grand parade in Taiwan, supporting ten million people who have quit Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The route was 6.5 kilometers (~4 miles) long, and the procession was 4 kilometers long. Besides the section supporting quitting the CCP, there was also a waist drum team, a section for commemorating practitioners persecuted to death in China, a "celestial maiden" section and a section demonstrating the Falun Gong exercises.

A few of us carried a huge banner with the words, "Falun Dafa is Good," with a pole on each side. Many people in Taipei watched by the side of the road. We shouted out with a smile, "Falun Dafa is Good! 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance' is good!" The sunshine was not strong that day, but the wind was very strong. The banner was shaped into an arch in the wind, and we had to pull forward with all our strength to stabilize the two poles and to display the words on the banner clearly.

The pole seemed so heavy that I had to use my shoulders sometimes to hold it, in addition to using both hands. As the parade progressed, it was getting dark. I could feel a little tired on my feet, but we continued shouting, "Falun Dafa is good!" Our voices were still loud and clear! I was moved to tears because it is not just a slogan but a voice from the bottom of our hearts. We want to tell everyone, "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!"

The street was very busy, with a lot of traffic, but in my heart, it was extremely peaceful. At one moment, I wished that I were on Tiananmen Square. I would proudly shout out, "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!"

When Jiang Zemin was trying to extinguish Falun Gong, he never thought that the group of people who seemed so gentle and weak could have such strong and steady wills.
