In September and October 2001, the Baiquan Forced Labor Camp in Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, once received an order from upper level authorities to do comprehensive physical examinations, including electrocardiograms, collecting blood samples to determine liver function, and chest x-rays, on about 100 Falun Gong practitioners who were illegally detained there. The physical examinations took place in a big hospital in Liaoyuan City. (I forget the name of the hospital and only recall it was close to the main shopping area.) Some of those practitioners were local people and some were transferred from Siping and Jilin Cities in Jilin Province. All of them were male. In December 20001, all practitioners were transferred to the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City, Jilin Province.

I recalled that in the winter of 2001, about 50 or 60 practitioners were detained in Huixian Mountain in the southern mountainous area of Ji'nan City, Shandong Province. About 20 policemen guarded them. There were about a dozen people in each room. All the windows in the rooms were covered. The practitioners were beaten up and tortured constantly. A policeman of the Ji'nan Steel Company cursed practitioners every day. Leaders Zhang, Sun, Shi, and Yang of the Licheng District Politics and Law Committee threatened Falun Dafa many times. They said, "You have to 'transform,' whether you are willing or not. We are not afraid if you do not 'transform.' The Central Party has already decided to have Falun Gong disappear in China. We have many tactics. Finally, for a few who do not 'transform,' we may transfer them to a certain place. Who knows? There are 1.2 billion people in China. According to what you've said, there are 100 million Falun Gong practitioners. Most 'transform.' Only a few hundred thousand or a couple of million do not transform, which is not a big deal. For those who definitely do not 'transform,' we will not give them much time..."

When we heard their arrogant words, we just thought they only wanted to threaten us. After the crimes of the Sujiatun secret concentration camp were exposed, we recalled this experience from several years ago. We saw that the evil CCP plotted a long time ago to murder practitioners.
