Peru: Fourth Annual Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference Held in Lima (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) At 4:30 pm on May 6, 2006, the fourth annual Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Lima, the capital of Peru. Among twenty speakers, only one of them was Chinese, and the rest were all westerners from Peru. Speakers and participants shared their understanding of the Fa during validating the Fa and cultivation experiences.

Practitioner Ethte said: "Materially, I lacked nothing, but I always felt that there was something missing spiritually, and I had been looking for it always. One day, my boyfriend gave me a copy of Zhuan Falun, and told me that the answer I had been looking for is in the book. This book changed my life. 'Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance'! That is the spiritual path that I had been looking for."

Practitioner Felisita said: "I am very grateful to Master. Since our exercise site was built up 9 months ago, I have felt that I have great responsibility. Teaching the exercise every Thursday is like spreading and planting the seeds--teaching people the best exercise and telling people about 'Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance'".

Practitioner Harry said: "I believe in Master. Master is giving us opportunities, so all the tests are opportunities to improve our Xinxing. Master's article 'A Reply to the Dafa Disciples of Peru' is an encouragement to us. I read it again and again and thought about it again and again. In these years, I have been changing and becoming more mature. I will keep studying the Fa and set strict requirements for myself. I will strive forward diligently."

Carmen said: "I attended the hunger strike in front of the Chinese Embassy on February 5 to protest the CCP's attacking practitioner Li Yuan, and the hunger strike on March 11 to call for the end of the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong. There were only two practitioners at the beginning of the first activity, but at the end there were 9 practitioners. In the second activity, there were 36 practitioners. I felt that all the practitioners in the world are a whole body. The most touching thing to me was that every participant has a very pure and righteous heart.

Practitioner Su Ying told her own experience in China's Great Cultural Revolution and how her family was persecuted by the CCP. She shared her understanding of the evil party and her experience of spreading the Nine Commentaries on Communist Party and convincing people to quit the party. She said: "After the Nine Commentaries was published, how to understand the CCP and treat it? Everybody has to answer it in the new phase of Fa-Rectification. The CCP is an evil spirit. I was brainwashed by it for many years. What I did, what I said, and what I sang were all influenced by it. The evil already possessed by body and mind. If I don't eliminate it completely, it won't go away itself. Master has cleaned our bodies and minds and endured so much for us. I enlightened that it was also a test of my belief in Master and the Fa. I published my announcement of quitting CCP with my real name on the Chinese Epoch Times website in December 2004, and completely cleaned all the evil factors of the evil party in my body."

The practitioners gave enthusiastic applause to the sharing. At 8:00 pm, the conference concluded with singing the song "Falun Dafa is Good."
