List of villains in Tanghai County Fifth Farm:

Zhang Jisheng (male), Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Secretary of Tanghai County Fifth Farm, and Li Xun, CCP Deputy Secretary of Tanghai County Fifth Farm. They have actively followed Jiang's persecution policies, planned close monitoring, and followed Falun Dafa practitioners. Between July 20, 1999 and March 2006, more than twenty practitioners were arrested, detained, and sent to forced labor camps under their direct orders.

Wu Xiaoling (female), Fifth Farm 610 Office Chair, in charge of all persecution activities in the farm. She personally monitors, follows, and arrests practitioners.

Sun Qiyuan (male), former Fifth Farm Police Station Head, arrests Falun Dafa practitioners using all sorts of means. Has deceived, tempted, and beat practitioners, and attacked Falun Dafa viciously.

Tao Shaozhong (male), current Fifth Farm Police Station Head, and Li Quanrui (male), Fifth Farm Police Station Deputy Head, both still actively follow the CCP Committee's monitoring and arresting of Falun Dafa practitioners.

List of other villains: Li Yonglai (male), CCP Deputy Secretary of Tanghai County Fifth Farm; Zhang Huisheng (male), CCP Deputy Secretary of Tanghai County Fifth Farm; Zheng You'gang (male), CCP Tanghai County Fifth Farm Committee Office Chair.
