(Clearwisdom.net) With the spread of Falun Gong around the world, Falun Gong practitioners in Denmark eagerly awaited the seventh World Falun Dafa day, the fifty-fifth birthday of our respected teacher. Fourteen years ago, Master Li started to introduce Falun Gong to the general public in China. It has been a hard and difficult path. In the short fourteen years, over 100 million people around the world have started to practice Falun Gong. We are extremely grateful to our teacher for his great compassion. We celebrate Falun Dafa Day because we have found the meaning of life in Falun Gong ourselves. We also want to share our happiness with all people.

On May 13, Falun Gong practitioners in Denmark held a nationwide experience-sharing activity. We all wished our Teacher a happy birthday.

On May 14, Falun Gong practitioners in Denmark and Sweden gathered in the capital of Copenhagen's city administration square, celebrating the seventh world Falun Dafa Day. Practitioners held banners reading "Falun Gong is Great", "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance" and "Falun Gong came to Denmark in 1997". They displayed pictures showing the spread of Falun Gong in over eighty countries around the world. The site was decorated with colorful "Falun Gong is Great" balloons. It was a joyful scene. Wearing golden-colored traditional Chinese exercise suits, some practitioners started a waist drum performance and demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. With big smiles on their faces, other practitioners gave out carefully made paper lotus flowers, balloons and leaflets about Falun Gong in different languages to people in the square.

Although it was still a bit cold at the beginning of the summer in Denmark, there were already many tourists coming to visit this renowned historical city in Northern Europe, including many tourists from China. Unlike previous years, they were much less afraid and hostile. It was easy to see that the fear instilled in them by the Chinese Communist Party is getting weaker. They stopped, carefully read the posters and listened to practitioners' explanation of what Falun Gong is. Many of them accepted leaflets. Practitioners grasped this opportunity to let Chinese people know the truth of Falun Gong. Group after group of Chinese people came to the square. They quietly read posters, listened to practitioners and accepted materials.

For some Chinese people, it may take more than one time to cleanse their poisoned opinion that was forced on them by the Chinese Communist regime. But Chinese people started to think for themselves about the future of China and their own life. They accepted the book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and other material. Even for people who held strong misconceptions and misunderstandings of Falun Gong due to the relentless propaganda by the Chinese Communist regime, practitioners still talked to them with compassion. They strongly believe that one day these people will understand the truth about Falun Gong.

Two Chinese people came to practitioners and said: "Please give Falun Gong material to as many western people as possible and let Falun Gong spread widely in the West. Let them see the true Chinese culture." They were very proud that Falun Gong had spread throughout the world after its introduction in China.

Many western people had long talks with practitioners. A lot of them said: "You are doing a great thing. We totally support you." When people learned about the atrocities of the Chinese Communist regime's harvesting of organs for profit from live Falun Gong practitioners, they became very angry. The most asked question was: "What can I do to help you?" People said to practitioners that some leaders of the western countries are very short-sighted by compromising with the Chinese Communist regime for the short-term economic benefit.

In order that western people could learn the Nine Commentaries on Communist Party, practitioners read out excerpts from the book in English using loudspeakers. A western young man was very pleased when he learned that the wonderful book had triggered over ten million withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party in China. When practitioners tried to give him a copy in English, he replied: "I already wrote down the Internet address. I will surely read the book. Please save this copy to give to other people." When practitioners warmly insisted in giving him the copy, he happily accepted and said: "I will give this copy to my friends and I will go read it on the Internet."
