Malaysian Judge Dismisses Case against Falun Gong Practitioners (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Due to pressure from Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Malaysian Corporation Business Committee sued nine directors of Falun Dafa Research Association. The court hearing was scheduled on May 22 and 23. However, the prosecutor didn't report to court on the first day, so the Judge dismissed the case. Falun Gong practitioners held a press conference on the second day to announce the result.

Exposing the CCP's organ harvesting crime at the press conference

Falun Gong spokesperson Mr. Wu Wenqiang said that they believed it was the CCP that pressured Malaysian Corporation Affair Committee to sue Falun Gong practitioners. This has been one of many cases of harassment of Falun Gong practitioners in Malaysia in the past few years. The fact that the prosecutor didn't to go to the court indicates that they have learned the truth and decided not to bow to CCP pressure to persecute Falun Gong.

Mr. Wu said that speaking out for the truth cannot be interfered with in Malaysia. Falun Gong practitioners have continuously clarified truth to government officials and urged them not to become CCP accomplices. Mr. Wu said he was happy to see the Malaysian government choose to be on the side of justice for Falun Gong. He also said that the practitioners will continue clarify truth to all walks of society, including the judicial system.

Practitioners also exposed the organ-harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners in China. Many policemen from different areas attended the press conference and they asked for more information about the CCP's organ harvesting crimes.

After the press conference, practitioners played a short video program. The dramatic contrast of Falun Gong practitioners' compassion and the CCP's viciousness moved many people to tears.
