(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Zhirong was a teacher at Tuanjie Elementary School in Xifeng District, Qingyang City, Gansu Province. On January 10, 2006, Mr. Liu Zhirong was persecuted to death at the No. 1 section of Tianshui City No. 3 Prison in Gansu Province. His body was cremated at Tianshui Crematory by police order at around 10 p.m. on January 14. His ashes were then sent to Qingyang Crematory. Mr. Liu's wife held a simple funeral on May 8, 2006.

In order to cooperate with the investigation efforts of the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China" (CIPFG), we hereby present once again detailed information on Liu Zhirong's death due to persecution. We hope that this information will be helpful in finding the murderer who persecuted him. We also caution those evil people who continue to persecute Dafa practitioners: good or evil has its due reward or punishment in the end. Stop committing crimes against Dafa immediately to ensure a good future!

Detail #1: On January 14, 2006, when Liu Zhirong's family members went to view his corpse, the police told them the cause of his death was suicide. However, neither his quilt, nor his body had any visible blood on them.

Detail #2: The outer corner of his eye was smashed. When the family members asked what had caused this, the police said it was due to a rat bite.

Detail #3: In regard to the reasons behind Liu Zhirong's death, there are conflicting explanations. One eye witness (a criminal) said, "He was beaten to death. After he was carried out from the educational office, he was without his shoes. He was sent to the hospital directly." Another eyewitness said, "One of the jail police pressed his leather shoes against his ear and caused his death." One policeman stated, "He committed suicide by using a slicing reamer." Another policeman said, "He committed suicide by using a broken piece from a hot water kettle." A guard said, "He committed suicide by using the broken pieces of a beer bottle."

Detail #4: One week after Liu Zhirong's death, his family received a letter Liu had sent to his wife. In that letter, he asked his wife to mail him a pair of cloth shoes, some food, and some daily necessities.

We appeal to people from all walks of life: Please support and participate in CIPFG's full investigation of the atrocities committed by the Chinese Communist Party against Falun Gong practitioners in forced labor camps and prisons. Please help stop this persecution.
