Breaking the Internet Blockade Depends Not Merely on Technique

I’m a Dafa disciple from Mainland China. For all this time, thanks to the tenacious work of overseas Dafa disciples and people with righteous minds, a remarkable Internet bridge has been built. I thus could follow the progress of Dafa and better clarify the truth to people around me.

Recently the blockade of the Internet has been indeed very serious; however, it did not affect me too much. Just today I read the most recent Fa lecture of Master published on the Clearwisdom website through proxy servers. I’d like to talk about the experience of accessing the Internet and share with fellow practitioners in Mainland China.

What I understand is that only if we uphold righteous thoughts and acts, can Master create the best environment for us, including the method of breaking through the blockade of the Internet.

Besides the mailbox of my company, I have several free email boxes. In one of these email boxes there were several links that I received many years ago, and they have served as the bridge to the Internet ever since.

The technology to block the Internet and to break through that blockage is changing rapidly. Every time I access the Internet, I’ll see if the tool for breaking the blockade has been upgraded, and this is very important. Even so, circumstances have occurred so that I could not access the Internet. At such times, different methods are tried. More important is to calm down and study the Fa intensively, looking inward to find problems.

For years in most of my email boxes, I received emails that carried tools and links for breaking the blockade, and I kept all of them. Sometime you may find that when you cannot access the Internet with the most updated tool, the link received one year ago might still work. Two or three years ago, when all the software packages for breaking the blockade failed, I tried the link that had not worked for a long time. It not only worked, but also I read the new Fa lecture of Master. It really proves what Master has said, that there is a reason for everything that happens around us. During that time I studied the Fa very well, and similar things occurred often. Later, I started to think about why I could not access the Internet before. The power of Dafa is everywhere, and the key is your own mind.

Due to my job, I have to travel for long periods at a time. Sometimes I worried that I would not be able to access the Internet to read the Fa lectures of Master in a timely fashion. However, something always happened to provide conditions for me to access the Internet alone, which was definitely bestowed by Master.

It’s very important to send forth righteous thoughts every time before accessing the Internet, and this is my own experience. Whenever I try to open the website like an ordinary person, I often fail, and it’s useless to send forth righteous thoughts again. It also shows that the evil is everywhere and it can interfere with us at any time. Therefore it’s very important to maintain high standards for one’s thoughts and actions. Usually, failing to access the Internet is not merely a technical problem.

Another important thing is that we cannot visit a website with the mind of ordinary people. Sometime when one is interested in news that is not related to Dafa or "truth clarification", then one will not be able to access the Internet. Actually there is a deviation in one’s mind to surf the Internet with curiosity or for entertainment, and this will cause us to lose the power that Dafa gives us. So the Internet will easily be blocked. I think many fellow practitioners may have had the same situation as mine.

My own experience on accessing the Internet tells me that one should follow the requirements of Dafa in whatever one runs into or does. As long as we act with righteous thoughts, the evil will never have the ability to block us.
