Thailand: Practitioners Spread the Blessings of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Celebrations for the Thai King's 60th anniversary on the throne began June 1, 2006. Falun Gong practitioners in Thailand applied to take part in the celebration activities held by the Bangkok city government in 16 parks. Their application was approved and on June 10-11, practitioners offered artistic performances in Lumphini Park and Queen's Park to display the beauty of Falun Dafa to the Thai people.

At 5:00 p.m. on June 10-11, during the celebration activities at Limphini Park and Queen's Park, the waist drum troupe composed of Falun Gong practitioners came onstage. Their rhythmic drumbeats refreshed the audience. Practitioners also gave performances including "Celestial Maiden" Dance, a short play entitled, "Musical Instrument, Chess, Painting and Calligraphy," demonstration of the five sets of the exercises, singing and chorus. The practitioners concluded their performances singing the songs, "Falun Dafa is Good," and "Coming For You."

The celebration ended at 9:00p.m.. Falun Gong practitioners' performances made a deep and favorable impression on the audience. The practitioners gave out bookmarks reading, "Falun Dafa is Good," and "The World Needs Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," and delicate and beautiful paper lotus flowers made of colorful paper. They wanted to bring the good message of Falun Dafa to the Thai people.
