Australia: Channel 31 TV Covers World Falun Dafa Day Celebration in Melbourne

(Clearwisdom.net) On May 13, Falun Gong practitioners in Melbourne, Australia put on colorful dresses and went to the busy downtown area to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day.

On May 29, 2006, Australian Community Television, Channel 31 reported the celebration activity from Federation Square in its evening Sky News.

The report carried the speech of Ms. Catty, the host of the event. She talked about the wide spread of Falun Gong around the world, and the brutal persecution of Falun Gong in China. She called on people to pay attention to the persecution, and to offer assistance to help stop the Chinese Communist Party's atrocities.

The 4-minute program also showed precious historical photos of Dafa spreading in China before July 1999 and also photos of the Jiang faction's brutal persecution of Falun Gong.
