By a Dutch practitioner

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 7 and 8, 2006, at the invitation of a group of Dutch university students, local Falun Gong practitioners visited a university in Haarlem in northern Holland and gave a presentation on the persecution of Falun Gong in China.

The exercise movements and traditional-style music drew a lot of attention

One English teacher had the wrong impression about the practice from erroneous media reports, but after looking at the photo exhibition about the persecution and spending time with practitioners, he realised that the persecution of human rights is still happening in China today. Afterwards, this teacher especially thanked the students who invited us to the university, expressing that this activity made it clear to him that the persecution of Falun Gong is taking place and that he would not be deceived anymore by the CCP. One female student signed our petition after hearing the facts, and went back to her class and returned with other classmates to sign the petition.

Many students showed an interest in Falun Gong, on the same day they used their spare time to learn the exercises and learn how to make paper lotus flowers. After two days in the Dutch university, practitioners felt the compassion and just support that the students and teachers held for Falun Gong.
