Reviewing My Purpose in Using Technology to Break Through the Internet Blockade


(Clearwisdom.net) Recently I have experienced difficulties in breaking through the Internet blockade, so I often send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate interference when trying to connect to overseas websites. I heard that many other practitioners were also interfered with when they tried accessing websites outside China, so I started to think. If this is because there was a problem with my understandings, then I had not yet found the reason. Only when the problem became serious did I start to look within. How is the evil able to interfere? It seems that I had regarded it as natural that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) controls the Internet and other media. This of course is not right.

Let's take for example the project to break through the Internet blockade. I saw developing software to break through the blockade as striking back against the CCP, but in reality my mentality was acknowledging the wicked Party's actions in instituting the blockade in the first place. I focused solely on defeating the wicked Party on a technical level, so that more people would be able to use the software to overcome the blockade within a limited scope. I realize now that what I was doing was merely contending with the CCP on the basis of the old universe, so I was unable to defeat it at a fundamental level.

I did not realize I had problem with my attitude towards the Internet until the Internet problem became more acute. Actually, the CCP has been trying for a very long time, especially since the persecution began on July 20, 1999, to damage the cultivation environment of practitioners in the parks and limit practitioners' personal freedoms. They have installed all manner of surveillance technologies and probes in public areas, and further tapped practitioners' conversations over the mobile phones, land lines and public phones. Aren't these methods similar to the CCP's evil doings over the Internet? All of these are the actions of the CCP, which makes use of and steals the things that do not belong to it.

I think I have been hindered by my notions and have acknowledged the CCP's taking advantage of these things and the persecution. The reason that I failed to access the Internet is not that the Minghui/Clearwisdom website was blocked, but that I have blocked myself with my own human notions.
