Chicago: Large Scale Activity Supporting Eleven Million Withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party and Its Affiliated Organizations

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 24, 2006, a parade supporting eleven million withdrawals from the CCP and related organizations was held in Chicago's Chinatown. More than one thousand Falun Gong practitioners participated in the activity. They called on the international community to pay attention to the CCP's seven-year persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and called for an immediate end of the persecution.

Practitioners demonstrated the exercises and held up various banners, including those demanding to bring the principal culprits Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan to justice and calling for a thorough investigation of the CCP's crimes. The organizer of the event said, "The Nine Commentaries have been spread widely in China. Large numbers of Chinese people are awakening. Everyday many people are renouncing the CCP through the Epoch Times website."
