Persecution Facts about Mr. Luo Laiyang

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr.Luo Laiyang, 60, is employed by the August First Linen Textile Factory in Jiangxi Province. He has been tortured both spiritually and physically by policemen from the Factory Station for seven years. The security agents of the factory watched him closely at his house for six months. His house has been ransacked three times and he has been arrested six times. He has been detained in the detention center four times. Altogether, he has spent three months and 20 days in the detention center. He was forced to write the so-called three statements. He was sent to the Police School in Nanchang City and "transformed" against his will over the period of a month. Later he was sentenced to three years of forced labor. He went on a hunger strike for three months and then developed high blood pressure. He was sent to the Changzheng Hospital, which is under the jurisdiction of the Jiangxi Province Labor Camp Hospital. Finally he was released on medical bail.

Policewoman Wang Yan from the Factory Station has been assigned to closely watch him, often calling to harass him and extorting money from him by various means.
