By a practitioner in China

(Clearwisdom.net) The environment where a Falun Dafa practitioner works changes when the practitioner's mind nature (xinxing) improves. Where there is a practitioner,

there is hope for human beings to be saved. The different attitudes of employers toward Falun Dafa practitioners will create different situations.

I was employed in August 2002. At work, the more people I continued to contact, the more people who knew the truth of Dafa. For a certain period, I used a high-volume speaker to broadcast Dafa music, including Pudu & Jishi. It could be heard throughout the workplace. Whenever there is a chance, I clarify the truth to others. If I have an opportunity, I talk about it in the public restroom, as I am walking along with someone, or near the table where relatives are having a party. Once people learn the truth, they quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and some begin to study the Fa and wear Dafa emblems. As more people begin to know the truth, the field of righteous thoughts becomes stronger in our workplace. More good people hold righteous thoughts. Even our director knows that I am a practitioner but he does not mind. I know from the heart that it is Master who strengthens the surroundings.

The employer's economic benefits also improve annually. From the surface perspective, it is a result of chance. From the perspective of nature, it is the power of Dafa. It is the result of people at the workplace paying more attention to virtue and doing good deeds, and it is the result of changing the proportion of righteous power.

On the other hand, there is another similar company where Falun Dafa practitioners are watched and mistreated. Therefore, few people have had a chance to hear the truth. One fellow practitioner has not been allowed to return home for three years. This contributes to bad economic effects for the employer, and accidents occur every year. For example, three people died in an auto accident in 2004.

Master says,

"When people do not have virtue, natural calamities and man-made disasters will abound. When the earth does not have virtue, everything will wither and fall. When heaven deviates from the Dao, the ground will crack, the sky will collapse, and the whole universe will be empty. When the Fa is right, the universe will be right. Life will flourish, heaven and earth will be stable, and the Fa will exist forever. "

For a person, good will be rewarded while evil will meet with retribution. It is the same thing for an employer.
