Taiwan: Falun Gong Practitioners from Chiayi Study the Fa, Share Experiences, and Help Each Other to Improve (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 4, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from the Chiayi area, Taiwan assembled in Hemu Elementary School in Chongpu Town to study the Fa and share cultivation experiences. The practitioners were from every town, mountain and coast in Chiayi. The atmosphere of the sharing was very good. One practitioner told everyone his understanding: "When a Buddha evaluates a cultivator, he not only sees what the cultivator has done well or not, but also sees this cultivator's heart. When doing something in a group, if your suggestion was better than others', but others' suggestion was taken, yet you still cooperate with others to complete the job well, then it means your understanding of the Fa is good, and you put down your attachment. So the Buddha will raise your level up."

Group Fa-Study and Sharing

The Chinese Communist Party has never governed Taiwan, so people in Taiwan have not been polluted by it and the environment for cultivation is relatively good. For this reason, Taiwan plays an important role in clarifying the truth. A practitioner who just attended the Fa conference in Canada said: "Master Li has taught us that it is a pity for a person if he had a chance to learn about Dafa but did not really obtain the Fa. I realized that Master Li was referring to us, the practitioners in Taiwan. If we don't study the Fa well and solidly cultivate, although we learned about Dafa and did some work, we are still not really cultivating."

A practitioner said: "Cultivation is a process to put down all the attachments in daily life." Another practitioner told his understanding of getting rid of the attachments: "We are cultivators who walk on the path of becoming divine beings. We should not be moved by any changes in the social situation, no matter if the changes seem good or bad. We should look at those changes from the Fa and not be attached to any political parties. We should be rational and clear that we should clarify the truth about Falun Gong to all the people, no matter which political party he or she belongs to. If we are attached to the political parties, we create obstacles for ourselves in clarifying the truth."

A practitioner said: "When doing Dafa work, we should correctly handle the conflicts between practitioners, which are caused by differences in our understanding and opinions. Since we are still cultivating, we still have human notions, so we still have conflicts. We should not be afraid of conflicts, since conflicts can help us improve. When the conflicts come, everyone should look inward. Only if we all look inward can we improve as a whole group."

At the end of the sharing, practitioners encouraged each other to strive forward diligently together.
