Winslow, Maine, USA: Practitioners Participate in the Annual Independence Day Parade (Photos)


(Clearwisdom.net) With the threat of strong storms and looming clouds, the sun gave us another warm day in Winslow, Maine for the annual July 4th Parade. The Falun Dafa procession started with a banner reading FALUN DAFA-TRUTH COMPASSION TOLERANCE. A colorfully decorated float carried young practitioners sitting in beautiful shining lotus flowers performing Falun Dafa exercises while ahead, heavenly beauties performed a graceful fan dance along to music coming from the float.

While clapping with enthusiasm, people consistently shouted, "Beautiful!" "Wow, so, pretty!" Many people wanted to be given more information about Falun Dafa and people who were in the back rows were readily reaching their hands for the small brochures that explained more about Falun dafa and the persecution that effects everyone of us.

Attendance was said to be 35,000 people and the largest parade in Maine.
