Practitioner Mr. Zhang Guibiao from Changchun Is Transferred to Tiebei Hospital with Terminal Cancer

Mr. Zhang Guibiao, 51, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Changchun City, China. He was illegally arrested on April 12, 2004. He was detained in the Tiebei detention center for one and a half years. Later, he was sentenced to nine years in jail and transferred to Shiling Prison in Siping.

Mr. Zhang was a healthy man, but with continued maltreatment, he looks like he is over 60 years old. The officers in Shiling Prison still refuse to release Zhang Guibiao, even though he has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. Mr. Zhang is now in the Policemen’s Hospital in Tiebei.

Mr. Zhang’s father, who is over 80 years old, looks forward to being reunited with his son. I hope everyone will pay attention to Zhang Guibiao’s situation.
