1. [Hubei Province] Dafa Practitioner Chen Huanzhen Illegally Detained at the Etouwan Brainwashing Class in Qiaokou District, Wuhan City
Ms. Chen Huanzhen, a Dafa practitioner from Shekou, Wuhan City, was illegally abducted from her home in mid-June 2006 by police from Huangpo District Police Department. She is being illegally detained at the Etouwan Brainwashing Class of Qiaokou District, Wuhan City.
2. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Wu Mingshu and Other Four Dafa Practitioners Abducted
On June 19, 2006, the 610 Office of Anju District, Suining City, Sichuan Province and the police substation in Dongchan Town abducted Dafa practitioners from Shidong Township, including Mr. Wu Mingshu, his wife and three other Dafa practitioners. Two of them (the couple) had six thousand yuan extorted from them before their release. Ms. Zhang Weifeng, spouse of Wu Mingshu, abducted on May 30, was illegally detained for a day and then had 2000 yuan extorted from her. The three others are being illegally detained at the detention center in Suining City.

3. [Liaoning Province] Wang Xiaoyan Illegally Detained at Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian City
On the morning of May 27, 2006, when Ms. Wang Xiaoyan (a Dafa practitioner), was leaving for work, she was illegally arrested by deputy director Qu from Chunhai Street Police Substation in Dalian City and another policemen. They confiscated the computer that her children used for studying as well as some other Dafa materials. At present Wang Xiaoyan is illegally detained at the Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian City.
4. [Henan Province] Dafa Practitioner Yang Wenqiang Abducted and Illegally Sentenced to Forced Labor for One Year
Mr. Yang Weqiang was from Zhoukoujia County, Henan Province. He completely recovered his health through practicing Falun Gong. Because of economic difficulty, he moved to Haicheng in northeastern China to make a living by collecting garbage. On May 16 when he was clarifying the truth at Nantai, he was abducted by police from the local substation and was sent to Haicheng. He was illegally sentenced to one year of forced labor and was sent to a labor camp in Anshan where he is being illegally detained.
5. [Dehui, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Zhang Guiyun Illegally Detained at the Dehui City Detention Center
Ms. Zhang Guiyun, a Dafa practitioner, was abducted when she was clarifying the truth at the Dependents Building of the Color Printing Factory at Dongsandao Street, Dehui City, at 3 p.m. on June 23, 2006. Afterwards her home was illegally ransacked. She is being detained at Dehui City Detention Center.
6. [Yantai, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Li Xiumei Abducted and Taken to the Dajijia Brainwashing Class in Penglai
Between 2 and 5 p.m. of June 22, 2006, five to six people from the 610 Office, Political and Legal Committee, and Propaganda Division of the Development Zone forcibly abducted Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Xiumei from her workplace (the propaganda division of Yantai Development Zone) and took her to the Dajijia Brainwashing Class in Penglai.
7. [Linfen, Shanxi Province] Dafa Practitioner He Heping Under Threat of Illegal Sentence
On August 27, 2005, Mr. He Heping, a Dafa practitioner, was illegally arrested in Linfen City, Shanxi Province. He was transferred to the intermediate court of Linfan City, presided over by Hou Peng. Hou Peng had already illegally sentenced Dafa practitioners Mr. Zhang Liuyan, Mr. Sima and Ms. Zhang Ruihong to three years of forced labor.

8. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Following is a Report on the Abduction of Dafa Practitioner Ma Xueqing
Ms. Ma Xueqing was abducted by the Chunhai Police Station in Dalian City on July 28, 2005. She was illegally detained at the Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian City. On April 28, 2006, she was illegally sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Zhongshan District Court using fabricated evidence. Ma Xueqing appealed her case and it has been transferred to the first office of the intermediate court of Dalian City. Wang Guoliang is responsible for the case.

9. [Beijing] Dafa Practitioner Liang Yu Detained at the Female Forced Labor Camp in Hefei
On the afternoon of January 19, 2005, Dafa practitioner Ms. Liang Yu was reported by security staff when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials at Beijing Foreign Language College. After she was arrested by the 610 Office in Beijing, she was sentenced to two years of forced labor. She is now detained at the female forced labor camp in Hefei.

On May 17, Wu Xuejun, a guard at the Eighth Division in Mudangjiang Prison, forced Dafa practitioner Mr. Liujun to prepare a blackboard with content supporting the Chinese Communist Party. After he refused, Wu Xuejun was furious with Liu Jun, so he beat him up with electric batons.

12. [Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioners Wang Shaoxiang and Li Xiaoming Abducted
At noon on June 21, 2006, Zhang Zhigang from Zhangxing Town Police Station, and police from the 610 Office, went to Xiaojiajia Village, Zhangxing Town. They abducted Ms. Wang Shaoxiang and Mr. Li Xiaoming, who had been reported on by villager Jia Shida. The phone number of Jia Shida is 86-535-8332374.
13. [Benxi, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Liu Yuqiu is Emaciated After Going on a Hunger Strike at Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for Several Months to Protest the Persecution.
Ms. Liu Yuqiu (over forty years old) was an employee of a long distance passenger transporting company in Benxi City, Liaoning Province. On May 29, 2005, when she was clarifying the truth to passengers, she was abducted by the police from Mingxin Police Substation in Mingshan District and her home was ransacked. After she was detained at Benxi for five days, she was sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Because she did not give up cultivation, she has been detained in a small cell. She already went on hunger strike for several months to protest the persecution, and so she is very emaciated. Her family members are not allowed to visit her.
14.[Tianjin] Dafa Practitioners Dong Guiying and Wang Jingxiang Persecuted
On June 20, 2006, seven Dafa practitioners were abducted by the police at Dongli Police Department in Tianjin. At present Ms. Dong Guiying, Ms. Wang Jingxiang and the other two are still being persecuted. They all went on a hunger strike and are at present are being force-fed.

While on a business trip to Nanjing she clarified the truth to others. Because of this she was reported and arrested. She has been detained at Nanjing for more than ten days.

17. [Beijing] Dafa Practitioner Xu Ruixue Abducted When Distributing Truth-clarifying Materials
Ms. Xu Ruixue, a Dafa practitioner was reported on when she was distributing truth-clarification materials in Jingsong area of Chaoyang District in Beijing on May 12. She was abducted by the Jingsong Police Substation and is being detained at Chaoyang Detention Center now.

19. [Liaoning Province] A Dafa Practitioner Abducted in the Area of a Building of Dependent Residents of the 523 Factory in Dalian
Last week a Dafa practitioner was abducted by a plain-clothed cop in the area a building of dependent residents’ of the 523 Factory in Dalian. The Dafa practitioner was said to be around thirty to forty years old. Her husband works as an engineering inspector at the petroleum plant. She came here after she became destitute and homeless. She and her husband rent an apartment.

21. [Lanzhou, Gansu] Dafa Practitioners Fang Jianping and Ma Jun Cruelly Persecuted at a Detention Center
On the afternoon of February 24, 2006, Mr. Fang Jianping, Ms. Ma Jun and Ms. Wei Zhouxiang, who are Dafa practitioners from Lanzhou, made an appointment with Qi Ruijun, the evil head of Gongjiawan Brainwashing Class in Lanzhou City with the purpose of clarifying the truth to him again. Qi did not listen to them, but instead called the police when he saw their truth clarification materials. In a few moments, Wei Dong and other policemen from the 26th division of the National Security Department of Lanzhou City came and arrested the three Dafa practitioners. They were sent to the first detention center in Lanzhou City on the evening of April 25.
Dafa practitioner Ma Jun went on a hunger strike from April 27 to May 17. The warden brutally force fed her, seriously injuring her mouth and face. On June 21 they already received illegal prosecution documents.
Ms. Zhang Ping, a Dafa practitioner from Lanzhou, was also illegally detained at the First Detention Center in Lanzhou City. Zhang Ping repeatedly went on hunger strikes to protest her illegal detention, and so she was force-fed by police. In mid-April, after she had repeatedly had a tube inserted into her stomach, she could not stop vomiting. On the eighth day, Zhang Ping was sent to the hospital of the forced labor camp. It is said that Zhang Ping cannot take care of herself anymore and is incontinent.
22. [Xintai City, Shandong Province] Falun Gong Practitioner Liu Qin Arrested and Tortured
Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Liu Qin, workes for Wen’nan Coal Mine of Xinkuang Group in Xintai City, Shandong Province. On June 13, 2006, while she was posting up truth-clarifying materials at Wen’nan Town, she was seen by the monitoring system and arrested. Liu Qin was brutally beaten and then taken to the local police station, where she was interrogated. On the second day, she was sent to Xintai Detention Center. Police extorted 1400 yuan from her family members. Liu Qin has not yet been released.
23. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] At the Beginning of June, Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. Wang Xiaohuan was Arrested and Sent to Xili Brainwashing Class of Shenzhen City
24. [Chongqing City] New Falun Gong Practitioner Zhou Yonghua Arrested
A new Falun Gong practitioner, Mr. Zhou Yonghua, is 73 years old. On June 9, 2006, he was arrested by police while distributing truth-clarifying materials. His whereabouts are unknown.
Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Yuan Xiuli, was 24 years old. In November 2001, while she was traveling to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, she was arrested by the police. She jumped off the train and died. She lived in Chongqing City. Her father was her only remaining family member.
25. [Yanbian District, Jilin Province] Several Falun Gong Practitioners Illegally Arrested
In April 2006, 18 Falun Gong practitioners of Dunhua City, Jilin Province were illegally arrested by the police from Danjiangjie Police Station. Some of them managed to escape. The rest of them were imprisoned in Taipingling Detention Center. No family members were allowed to visit them.
26. [Xinjinag Autonomous Region] Falun Gong Practitioners Dang Dongmei and Deng Ailing from Shihezi City Arrested
On June 16, 2006, two plain cloth police arrested Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Dang Dongmei and Ms. Deng Ailing, who were clarifying the truth at the 145th Group. Both practitioners’ homes were ransacked.
27. [Hunan Province] Ye Ling, Teacher of the First Vocational High School of Nan County, Arrested
Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Ye Ling, is a teacher of the First Vocational High School of Nan County. On the evening of June 21, 2006, policemen from the 610 Office of Nan County Police Department and the leaders of the school tricked her into opening the door of her house. The police then arrested her. Her whereabouts are unknown.
28. [Chongqing City] Falun Gong Practitioner Fu Lianying Arrested at Home
Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Fu Laingying is 64 years old and lives in Yangjiaping of Jiulongpo District, Chongqing City. She is determined in practicing Falun Gong. On June 23, 2006, policemen from Yangjiaping Police Department illegally arrested her at home. They ransacked her house. They took away a photocopier, her grandson’s computer, Falun Gong books, truth-clarifying materials and some cash.
29. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Falun Gong Practitioner Jian Huirong Arrested
Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Jian Huirong, is 50 years old and lives in Huilong Group, Angu Township, Shizhong District, Leshan City. In mid May, 2006, while she was clarifying the truth, she was reported to the police and arrested by the policemen from Shizhushan Detention Center in Shizhong District. Currently, she is illegally imprisoned there. Her family member tried to visit her, however, the guard at the site said, "There is no such person."
30. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Falun Gong Practitioners Yang Hualian and Yang Jin Persecuted
On July 8, 2005, while Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Yang Hualian was going to work, policemen arrested her and sent her to Hexing Brainwashing Class of Guanghan City. Because she refused to sign a guarantee statement, she was transferred to the detention center of Guanghan City. On April 5, 2006, a court session was opened, but no decision was made. On April 12, the court hearing was re-opened and once again no decision was made. On April 29, she was sentenced to three years in prison for the charge of carrying a book, "The Real Story of Jiang Zemin."
Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Yang Jin was arrested during the second half of 2005. Currently, she remains imprisoned at the detention center of Guanghan City.
31. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] A Falun Gong Practitioner Arrested
On June 19, a Falun Gong Practitioner from Harbin City, Ms. Chen, was arrested by police from Dongli Police Department of Harbin City while she was going to work. She is about 50 years old.
32. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Female Falun Gong Practitioners Were Arrested in Xiangfang District While They Were Distributing Truth-Clarifying Materials
Around 10 p.m. of June 21, three female Falun Gong practitioners were arrested while they were distributing truth-clarifying materials. Now, they are imprisoned at the Second Detention Center (known as Yaziquan) of Harbin City. Two of them are elderly practitioners, while the other practitioner is about 30 years old.
33. [Shandong Province] Falun Gong Practitioners in Shengli Oilfield, Zhang Ruxian and His Family, Illegally Imprisoned in a Brainwashing Class
Around May 1, 2006, Ms. Zhang Min, a worker in the Thick Oil Plant of Shengli Oilfield, and her father, a retiree from Shegli Oilfield, were traveling back to their old home in Anhui Province. Policemen arrested them because they were carrying truth-clarifying VCDs. Currently, both of them are imprisoned at Gongying Brainwashing Class. Their home was ransacked, and Zhang’s mother, Li Hua, was also arrested. Ms. Zhang is currently imprisoned at Gongying Brainwashing Class.

Ms. Zhu Jialin, over 60 years old, is a retiree from the Library of Sichuan University. On June 19, 2006, she was arrested by police from Wuhou District Police Department and Wangjiang Police Station of Chengdu City. His home was also ransacked. Falun Gong books, a picture of Master and truth-clarifying materials were taken away. On the same day, he was sent to Shuangliu County, where he was persecuted.
