The CCP Must Accept Responsibility for Organ Harvesting

(Clearwisdom.net) On July 6, 2006, an independent investigation team formed by former Canadian MP David Kilgour and international human rights lawyer David Matas released their 49-page "Report Into allegations of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China." At the press conference, Mr. Matas called the report's findings "a form of evil we have yet to see on this planet."

"When you read this report, you will be appalled," said Mr. Kilgour. His description of the Chinese Communist government is that of a petrified government.

The investigators concluded after two months of thorough investigation and collecting evidence, "Based on what we now know, we have come to the regrettable conclusion that the allegations are true. We believe that there has been and continues today to be large scale organ seizures from unwilling Falun Gong practitioners."

The reports ends with the conclusion: "We have concluded that the government of China and its agencies in numerous parts of the country, in particular hospitals but also detention centers and ¡¥people's courts', since 1999 have put to death a large but unknown number of Falun Gong prisoners of conscience. Their vital organs, including hearts, kidneys, livers and corneas, were virtually simultaneously seized for sale at high prices, sometimes to foreigners, who normally face long waits for voluntary donations of such organs in their home countries."

"Organ harvesting of unwilling donors where it is either systematic or widespread is a crime against humanity," said Kilgour and Matas. They asked that the Chinese Communist regime cease and desist the persecution of Falun Gong, allow inspectors into prisons, and stop torture and executions. The two investigators called on the United Nations and international human rights organizations to carry out further investigation concerning the crime of organ harvesting.

This independent investigation was triggered by the exposure of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners for profit, and subsequent cremation of the bodies to destroy damaging evidence in Sujiatun and in at least thirty six more secret camps.

The Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG) was formed by the Falun Dafa Association and Minghui/Clearwisdom, and was formally established on April 4, 2006. CIPFG demands a full investigation of all places that detained Falun Gong practitioners during the past seven years, including forced labor camps, prisons, detention centers, mental hospital and hospitals. CIPFG calls on all international organizations [human rights associations, etc.], state agencies and media to join its independent investigation, and leave no leaf unturned in discovering the crimes committed by the Chinese Communist regime.

On July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began to utilize all national resources in its persecution of Falun Gong. The persecution was perpetrated throughout China. It was as if a dark cloud blocked out the sun, and the sky was going to collapse. According to insiders of Shenyang military operations, the CCP began the crime of removing organs from living Falun Gong practitioners between 2000 and 2001. This crime was not limited to Shenyang, but was common also at forced labor camps, prisons and hospitals throughout China, and reached its peak between 2001 and 2003.

A report from the "New York Times Magazine" in 2005 commented that the CCP's forced labor camps are truly places existing outside any law . One finds in these camps privileges and darkness that are not ruled by the law. The "place outside of law" is far more than the original labor camps.

As a matter of fact, secret concentration camps are only the tip of the iceberg in the brutal persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP and Jiang's regime. For seven years, Falun Gong practitioners have been illegally detained, brainwashed, beaten, locked up in prisons and water cells, tortured with electric batons, shocked with electric batons, barbarically force-fed with salt water slurry, injected with unknown drugs, deprived of sleep, sexually abused, raped, forcibly administered drugs that damage the central nervous system, and so on. The persecution means are so inhuman and cruel, without any precedence, and they are relentless.

The independent Canadian report confirms the inhuman crime of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners. This crime is beyond description and what people and gods can tolerate. It is beyond the patience of heaven and earth!

Under the genocidal policy of Jiang, the 610 Office systematically follows the policy "destroy their [Falun Gong practitioners'] reputation, remove their sources of economic support, and annihilate their bodies," -- "Those killing Falun Gong [practitioners] are not held responsible, and [it will be] counted as suicide," and "no need to identify, directly cremate [the bodies]" of steadfast Falun Gong practitioners, in prisons, forced labor camps and concentration camps that illegally detain Falun Gong practitioners. It has been discovered that staff at these places frequently perform unusual physical examinations on Falun Gong practitioners, and large numbers of practitioners' were/are secretly transferred. Many practitioners have disappeared. This independent report verifies the allegation that Falun Gong practitioners suffer organ harvesting by the CCP.

After the organ harvesting was first exposed, the CCP kept silent for three weeks, using the time to transfer remaining practitioners and destroy the evidence. Then, they invited the western media and governments to visit the reorganized and "cleansed" Sujiatun Forced Labor Camp and hospital transplant center. They denied all allegations by Falun Gong practitioners.

Let me ask you, if a murder were reported to police after a killing, would the police go to the murderer's home for investigation three weeks later and as arranged by the murderer? Would such an investigation turn up the weapon or evidence? Such a visit was useless and this investigation was no more than ignoring CCP's crimes of persecuting Falun Gong.

The release of the independent Canadian report is a good tool in exposing the CCP's atrocities, making the international community pay greater attention and stopping the CCP from committing further evil deeds. It will open the eyes of the international community and the world's people can no longer by deceived.

To uphold justice and integrity, it is imperative that the world continue investigating the CCP's organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, as well as all other atrocities committed in the persecution of Falun Gong. As long as the persecution continues, as long as those in leading positions, including Jiang, Luo, Liu, Zhou and others are not punished, the investigation of the truth must continue. Otherwise it does not exonerate the people who died unjustly, change peoples' hearts for the better, and is clearly not enough to diminish the people's and gods' anger!

We hope that all governments, media, organizations and individuals join in the international independent investigation, continuously expand the scope of evidence collection and expose the persecution committed in all forced labor camps, prisons, hospitals and related entities in China, stop the persecution, and prepare for the future court hearings.

The persecution of those who believe in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" is a severe challenge to basic human values and dignity and a test of everyone's conscience, and every country's rule of justice. The true, objective and fair investigative report of the "Canadian independent investigation team" is a humane action by the world's just people. This speaks of upholding belief and human rights, and the international community's resistance to the CCP's inhuman activities. It is a blow to the CCP's attempts of covering up the truth of the persecution, and guards human values worldwide, rejecting the evil elements devoid of kindness. Its positive effects are obvious.

For seven years, Falun Gong practitioners inside and outside of China have used every method to clarify the truth to the worlds' people, and bring out the people's conscience and kind thoughts. This righteous deed is like a flaming torch in the dark. It guides people gradually towards brightness. People are joyful to see that justice is not far off. Murderers covered with the blood of their victims can no longer get away with their evil deeds. Doing too many bad deeds is like committing suicide, as "people who commits such deeds will perish."

People increasingly see the true face of the evil Chinese Communist Party. I believe that with the international independent investigation result and more people's awakening, the truth of Falun Gong will be revealed to the world. The Chinese Communist Party's perdition is at hand, the long night is ending, and the dawn of the new day has now arrived.
