Mr. Wang Jiasheng is a Falun Gong practitioner from Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. He has been illegally detained for almost two months. Mr. Wang was on a protest hunger strike for more than 40 days in a detention center in Cangzhou City. On May 19, 2006, he was transferred to Qing County Detention Center.
Mr. Liu Yi is a practitioner from Cangzhou City. He is still illegally detained in the No. 2 Detention Center. Mr. Zhang Jinwu is detained in the No.1 Detention Center.

2. [Luoyang City, Henan Province] Li Miaoneng and Her Daughter Zhang Xiumei Facing Illegal Trial
Staff at the detention center often beat Ms. Li Miaoneng, a practitioner from Luoyang City. Now it is difficult for her to walk. On June 8, 2006, Ms. Li and her daughter, Ms. Zhang Xiumei, will go on trial.
3. [Huaihua City, Hunan Province] Mr. Yu Shaoqi Arrested
Mr. Yu Shaoqi is a Falun Gong practitioner from Chenxi County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province. Around 11:00 a.m. on May 26, 2006, he was illegally arrested at his workplace, the Chenxi County Meteorological Bureau. Because his cell phone, used for clarifying the truth, was found by police, another practitioner in Shenzhen City who stayed in contact with Mr. Yu was also arrested.
4. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Bai Lanzhen Taken to a Brainwashing Center
Around 10:00 a.m. on May 24, 2006, the director of Ms. Bai Lanzhen's workplace deceived her into going to a certain school. Ms. Bai Lanzhen is a Falun Gong practitioner from Shijiazhuang City. She was arrested by Xinhua District 610 Office agents and taken to the Hebei Province Brainwashing Center in Shijiazhuang City.
5. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Status of Six Arrested Practitioners
Between May 11, 2006, and May 12, 2006, six practitioners in Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province, were arrested. They have been detained in the Gongzhuling Detention Center. They were brutally beaten by police from the Shiwu Police Station at the time of their arrest. Some practitioners vomited, were dizzy, suffered abdominal pain, and could no longer stand up straight.
Ms. Sun Minghong is in critical condition.
6. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Liping Facing Illegal Trial
Police from the Xiangyang Police Substation of Songgang City arrested Ms. Liu Liping, a practitioner from Daqing City, on September 7, 2005. She has been detained in the Songgang No.1 Detention Center for over eight months. Recently Xiangqu District Court in Hegang City planned to put trial Ms. Liu on trial.

9. [Zhenping County, Henan Province] Ms. Lin Jing Arrested by Police
On May 18, 2006, around noontime, Ms. Lin Jing, a practitioner and resident of Zhenping County, Henan Province, was arrested at home by staff from the Zhenping County 610 Office. They confiscated one computer, two color TVs, more than 10,000 yuan, and other personal items. Her younger brother and another practitioner who were visiting were also arrested.

10. [Qi County, Henan Province] Mr. Chen Wenqing and His Wife Detained
Mr. Chen Wenqing and Ms. Yin Hua are practitioners in Qi County, Henan Province. One night in March 2006, they went to Xigang Village, Qi County, to distribute truth clarification materials. They were followed and reported to the police. The police from Xigang Police Station arrested them that night. Their home was ransacked, and truth clarification materials were confiscated. Currently the practitoners are being held in the Qi County Detention Center.
11. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Dong Benli and His Wife, Ms. Yu Min, Arrested
Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Dong Benli and Ms. Yu Min, husband and wife, are employed at the Manchu Nationality High School in Xiuyan County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province. On May 24, 2006, they were arrested at the school. Their home was ransacked and one computer was confiscated. They are now being held in the Xiuyan County Detention Center.

Mr. Wang Xingwu is a practitioner from Changlinzi Village, Tangmasai County, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Police from the Tangmasai Police Station arrested him in mid-April 2006, when he was clarifying truth.

13. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gao Xiuyun Detained in Jinan Women’s Forced Labor Camp
The police arrested Ms. Gao Xiuyun, a Falun Gong practitioner from Weifang City, at her home on June 29, 2005. Her home was ransacked, and Falun Dafa books and truth clarification materials were confiscated. On March 10, 2006, Ms. Gao was sentenced to three years in prison. She is currently imprisoned at Jinan Women’s Forced Labor Camp.

On May 19, 2006, around 8:00 p.m., police from the police substation of the No. 10 Petroleum Collection Plant arrested an elderly practitioner from the No. 10 Petroleum Collection Plant of Daqing Oil Field. They took him to the police substation and interrogated him for three hours. Later they ransacked his home.
16. [Chongqing City] Additional Information about the Persecution of Practitioners Mr. Zhang Peijin and Mr. Wang Guanglin
Mr. Zhang Peijin is a Falun Gong practitioner from the No. 9 Section of the Beipei District, Chongqing City. Practitioner Mr. Wang Guanglinis is employed at Jianshan High School. In August 2004, they were reported to the police in Xuetianwan, Chongqing City. They were arrested by police from the Beipei Police Station and taken to Beipei District Detention Center. Mr. Zhang was forced-fed. He became disabled due to the persecution and could no longer walk. In October 2004, staff from the police station sentenced Mr. Zhang to eight years in prison. Mr. Zhang Peijin is now in Yongchuan Prison.
17. [Huining County, Gansu Province] The Situation of Mr. Zhang Rong and Another Practitioner Suffering Persecution
Mr. Zhang Rong, 44 years old, was imprisoned in Pingantai Forced Labor Camp from 2000 and 2001. On March 10, 2006, Guo Wei of the Politics and Law Committee in Huining County took him to the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center.

19. [Changle Town, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Min Arrested Again
Ms. Zhang Min has been detained eight times by the authorities from the county, township, and village since July 1999, for a total of more than 150 days. On April 27, 2006, around 8:00 a.m., staff from Changle Town and the 610 Office arrested her again and took her to a Weifang Brainwashing Center for persecution.

Mr. Guo Qingchen, over 70 years old, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Beian City, Heilongjiang Province. On May 26, 2006, police arrested him at home and his home was ransacked. His Falun Dafa books and materials were confiscated. Mr. Guo is currently detained at the Beian City Detention Center.

Falun Gong Practitioner Mr. Xie Jun Fu is a resident of Xiaoqu Village, Qucaihe Town, Panshi City, Jilin Province. On May 17, 2006, he was arrested by staff from the Panshi Police Station, and his home was ransacked. Mr. Xie is currently detained in the Panshi City Detention Center.

26. [Beijing City] Mr. Gu Baolin Suffers Persecution
Miyun County practitioner Mr. Gu Baolin, 43 years old, was imprisoned in 2002 for practicing Falun Gong. On May 15, 2006, Miyun County police arrested him again. He is presently on a hunger strike to protest the persecution.
Another practitioner, Mr. Qi Hewen, was arrested recently. He was sentenced to a two-year prison term on May 24, 2006.
27. [Sanmenxia, Henan Province] Ms. Qu Yinfang and Other Practitioners Persecuted
On the night of April 30, 2006, police from the Shan County State Security Division broke into practitioner Ms. Qu Yinfang’s home and arrested her.
On May 1, 2006, around 5:00 a.m., police broke into five other practitioners’ homes. Two practitioners escaped and three were arrested.
28. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Additional Information on Ms. Mu Yuqiu’s Persecution
In the afternoon of May 22, 2006, Shanhaiguan City practitioner Ms. Mu Yuqiu was arrested while distributing truth clarification material in Xihuan Road in the Haigang District. Her home was ransacked, and her Falun Dafa books were confiscated. Mu Yuqiu was taken to Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan City.
29. [Beijing City] One Practitioner from the North Entrance of Tiantan and One from the Fengtai District Are Persecuted
Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Wang is over 60 years old and lives around the North Entrance of Tiantan in Beijing. She was arrested around March 14, 2006. Many truth clarification materials in her home were confiscated. Ms. Wang was sentenced to two years in prison.
30. [Meizhou, Guangdong Province] Ms. Lai Lifen Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center for Persecution
On May 16, 2006, practitioner Ms. Lai Lifen in Meizhou was arrested on her way to work. She was sent to the newly opened brainwashing center for persecution.
Another practitioner arrested that same day was Ms. Gu Fengyu, over 60 years old, who was living in the north part of the city.

Ms. Huang Guifen is a Falun Gong practitioner from Pingandi Township, Fuxin County, Liaoning Province. She was reported to police and arrested on May 22, 2006, when clarifying truth to the son of local high school teacher, Li Qingtao. Li reported her, and she was arrested by police from Pingandi Township Police Station. Ms. Huang is in Fuxin County Detention Center.
33. [Linshu County, Shandong Province] A Few Practitioners Suffer Persecution
In May 2006, when Linshu County practitioners Mr. Chen Lingduo, Mr. Wang Feng, and Ms. Wang Yanmei and her daughter were distributing truth clarification materials, someone reported them to the police. Police officers from the local police station arrested them. Their homes were ransacked. The practitioners are still being held at the Linshu County Detention Center.
34. [Beijing City] Practitioners Arrested and Persecuted
On the night of May 18, 2006, four policemen from the Haidian Police Substation in Beijing and Qinghe Police Station broke into practitioner Ms. Wei Shuyun’s home in Shuyi District. They arrested her and ransacked her home.

On May 25, 2006, around 10:00 a.m., Li Liping, Deputy Director of the Police Station, ordered Director of State Security Unit Zhang Zhenyi, Qin Yang of the 610 Office, and police from Chengguan Police Station to break into Ms. Li Xiaoxia’s home. They arrested her. They ransacked the home and confiscated the copier, CD writer, Falun Gong books, and truth clarification materials.

36. [Liaoning Province] Director of State Security Division in Chaoyang County Extorts Money
Wu Baoliang, Director of the State Security Division in Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province, recently arrested several practitioners without due cause. He confiscated Mr. He Hongjun’s taxi and only returned the taxi after he extorted 15,000 "yuan" from Mr. He’s relatives.
37. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Shi Zhaofeng Persecuted in the Fujia Town Detention Center
On May 22, 2006, staff from the State Security Division of the Zhangdian District Police Station in Zibo City arrested Zibo City practitioner Mr. Shi Zhaofeng. He is currently in the Fujia Town Detention Center in the Zhangdian District, Zibo City.
38. [Baoji City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Gou Qiufang, Lu Guangming and Others Illegally Detained
It was verified that Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Gou Qiufang was illegally arrested in 2004 when she was distributing truth clarification material in Beijing. She is now imprisoned in Xi’an Women’s Prison and was sentenced to a three-year prison term.
39. [Wuchang District, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhou Chun Sentenced
On the night of March 27, 2006, when Wuchang District practitioner Ms. Zhou Chun was distributing truth clarification material on Pengliuyang Road, Wuchang, she was reported. The police from the Huanghelou Police Station arrested her. That same night Ms. Zhou was taken to the Wuhan No. 1 Women’s Detention Center. She was detained for over a month. Now Zhou Chun is in Hewan Forced Labor Camp to serve a one-year term.
40. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Police from Jinzhou Police Station Arrest Falun Gong Practitioner by Climbing over the Wall
Around 10:00 p.m. on May 23, 2006, police from the Jinzhou Police Station in Dalian City and Shihe Town Police Station, broke into practitioner Ms. Wang Jizhi’s home by climbing over the wall. They entered the house through the backyard. They ransacked her home, confiscated one computer, a few Falun Dafa books, and a photo of Teacher. Ms. Wang and her husband were arrested.
Mr. Li Xiyong’s family suffered similar persecution. The police confiscated one computer, one printer, and one cell phone. Mr. Li and his wife were arrested.
At present, Ms. Wang Jizhi and Mr. Li Xiyong’s wife are detained in the Jinzhousanli Detention Center. Mr. Li Xiyong is detained in Dalian City. Ms. Wang Jizhi’s husband was released that night due to poor health.

On May 25, 2006, around 2:00 p.m., Heilongjiang Province Tahe County police officers Shi Wei, Jin Long, and others broke into practitioner Mr. Yang Yunjie’s home. They ransacked his home and confiscated personal items and the equipment for making truth clarification materials. They arrested Mr. Yang.
43. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Tiefeng Police Substation Persecutes Practitioners
On March 28, 2006, officers with the Tiefeng Police Substation in Qiqihar City broke into Falun Gong practitioners’ homes. Many truth clarification material sites were destroyed. Many practitioners were arrested and brutally persecuted.

44. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zheng Tianqiong and Two More Practitioners Arrested
On May 19, 2006, between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., around 20 policemen broke into practitioner Ms. Zheng Tianqiong’s home in Dafeng Town in the Xindu District. They ransacked the home, confiscated many Falun Gong materials, and took away practitioners Ms. Zheng Tianqiong, Mr. Chen Rangmin, and Mr. Chen Dong. Currently the three practitioners are in the Xindu Detention Center.
45. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Ma Arrested
Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Ma lives in a county in the south. On April 29, 2006, she clarified the truth to people in Supoqiaochang Town in the Qingyang District. On her way home, plainclothes police arrested her.
46. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zu Liming Arrested
On May 23, 2006, around 10:00 p.m., police from the Shenyang Police Station arrested practitioner Mr. Zu Limin of the Huanggu District, Shenyang City. His computer was confiscated. He is now detained in the Huanggu District Police Substation in Shenyang City.
47. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Dan Xiude Arrested
Mr. Dan Xiude is a Falun Gong practitioner and a professor in the Philosophy Department at Guangzhou University. In July 2005, he was arrested in Shenfang. He is now at Shenfang Detention Center.

49. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Lan Guixiu Arrested at Home
Ms. Lan Guixiu is a Falun Gong practitioner of over 60 years and a retired employee of the Qibiao Factory in Jilin City. On April 17, 2006, around 10:00 a.m., when Ms. Lan was studying the Fa with two elderly women, police officer Lu Zhipeng of the Huangqitun Police Station broke into her home. He confiscated some Falun Gong books and arrested Ms. Lan Guixiu. Several days later, Ms. Lan’s daughter brought her back home.
