Israel: Clarifying the Facts to the People in Nazareth (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) During the period of Harvest Festival, on June 2, 2006, Israeli Falun Gong practitioners gathered in the northern city of Nazareth to introduce Falun Gong to local citizens as well as to tourists, and to expose how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) persecutes Falun Gong and its practitioners.

It is said that Jesus spent most of his life in Nazareth. In this modern city, sixty percent of the citizens are Muslim. Mosque towers and church domes are seen everywhere. A great deal of tourists linger in this famous historic city. Therefore, it’s absolutely not a coincidence for the practitioners to choose this city to clarify the facts.

The practitioners brought large amounts of truth-clarification flyers in different languages, including Hebrew, Arabic, English as well as other languages. The practitioners divided into several groups and every practitioner held flyers in different languages. Some practitioners distributed the flyers to the passers-by, and some collected signatures and called for an end to the CCP’s crime of organ removal from living Falun Gong practitioners. The petition letter was translated into Arabic for this trip to Nazareth. The goal of the trip is to explain the facts of Falun Dafa and express Dafa’s goodness to the citizens in this historic city. Since only a few practitioners had mastered the Arabic language, it caused certain difficulties in communicating with the citizens. However, people finally understood each other, and throughout the city, people could be seen reading the flyers.

After listening to the tragic situation of organ removal from living Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned in the CCP’s secret concentration camps, a local citizen told the practitioners that the imam had told of this evil crime to the people gathered in the mosque today. He added that the CCP was really too atrocious.

Another citizen said: "I’m against Communism because where it appears, it brings problems and violence." Many citizens expressed that they couldn’t understand why the CCP persecutes "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance". They thought this kind of persecution was illegal.

Almost all of the truth-clarification flyers were distributed. On the way home from Nazareth, the practitioners met many people who had heard of Falun Dafa, as well as the facts of the CCP’s persecution against Falun Dafa.
