I am a practitioner who obtained the Fa at the end of last October. My name is Xia Shang. I am 68 years old this year. I reside in Suizhong County, Liaoning Province. I had several illnesses such as cardiovascular sclerosis, stroke, high blood pressure, high heart rate, chronic cough, dizziness, etc. Last winter I spent over 5,000 yuan treating my cough alone. Every month I have only 150 yuan to spend on my living expenses. My wife died of illness seven years ago, and my son and daughter have been out of work for ten years. They suffered from illnesses, too, and were unable to earn money. My grandson and granddaughter were also physically very feeble since they were young. They often had to have injections and medication. The three generations of my family all had illnesses and had no money to pay for treatment. I tell them, "It is because I practice Falun Dafa." I feel even younger than when I was 40 years old. I also have my monthly period again. All in all, all kinds of beauty mentioned in the Fa have shown more and more in me. When my children saw me experiencing such fundamental changes, they all said with a big smile, "Our Mom has become younger and younger. This Dafa is really miraculous!"

When my son saw such huge changes in me, he also started practicing Falun Dafa. His gastric bleeding for which he had been treated but not cured for so long has recovered. His bald head grew hair again. He is very relaxed in everything he does. He also changed his temper and stopped hitting and cursing at his children. My son also patiently guided his elder sister to listen to Master's audio taped lectures. As a result, her illness also disappeared. She also feels very strong physically so she can work and earn a living. Our family has become harmonious.

My grandson wanted to know the reason why his father did not hit him anymore. After he read Zhuan Falun, he also changed for the better and has no more illness. He became more obedient. My granddaughter started to study the Fa and do the exercises during the winter vacation, and her wisdom has also opened up. When she had her first test after the new school term, she became one of the top five students, when she used to be an average student.
