(Clearwisdom.net) It has been seven years since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) launched the persecution of Falun Gong. During the persecution, thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured to death, and hundreds of thousand of practitioners are jailed in prisons and labor camps. The CCP even harvests organs from living Falun Gong practitioners jailed in its concentration camps.

On the evening of July 20, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from the Vancouver area assembled in front of the Chinese Consulate to hold a candlelight vigil in memory of fellow practitioners who were persecuted to death. They also called on the people of the world to help stop the persecution.

Many passing cars honked and called out their support.
