Falun Dafa Practitioner Bian Fusheng Dies After Suffering Persecution for Several Years

(Clearwisdom.net) In April 2004, the Acheng City 610 Office illegally sentenced Dafa practitioner Bian Fusheng to four years of imprisonment. Mr. Bian was released after two years, on bail for medical treatment, after being extorted out of several tens of thousand yuan by the prison authorities. Bian Fusheng died on June 15, 2006.

Since the evil started suppressing Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, Bian Fusheng, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Acheng City, Heilongjiang Province, and his whole family suffered ongoing persecution just because they practiced "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." Seven family members were once illegally sent to forced labor camps or prison. His daughter Bian Yaping was arrested many times and illegally sent to a labor camp for two years. Later, she was sentenced to five years in prison for distributing truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Bian is still imprisoned at the Heilongjiang Provincial Women's Prison.

Mr. Bian Fusheng, 72 years old, benefited both physically and mentally through practicing Falun Gong. In 2000, Officer Liu Yi from Heping local police station, Acheng City, called on Mr. Bian's family, asking whether Bian Fusheng was still practicing Falun Gong. Mr. Bian replied "yes." He was then arrested and illegally imprisoned for twenty days.

On April 9, 2004, Bian Fusheng and his daughter Bian Yaping went to Liujia Gully, Xichuan Village, Xiaoling Town to distribute flyers about the truth of Falun Gong. On their way they met a villager. When they handed him a flyer, he yelled loudly and attracted the attention of others. Mr. Bian was reported to the police in Xiaoling, transferred to Heping, and then sent to a detention center in Acheng City. In order to sentence Bian Fusheng for four years in prison, the Acheng City 610 Office had to fabricate false materials.

Because of the illegal imprisonment, Bian Fusheng's body and mind suffered serious persecution. His heart functioned abnormally and his teeth bled incessantly. He was taken to a hospital, upon which his family members requested that he be released on bail for medical treatment, but to no avail. Mr. Bian was taken back to Heilongjiang Province Hulan Prison, which aggravated his disease and endangered his life. The prison took advantage of Bian Fusheng's family members by extorting several tens of thousands of yuan from them before allowing his release.

Bian Fusheng witnessed first-hand the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners in prison and for several years he and his family personally suffered the persecution as well. His body and mind suffered enormously and his condition worsened day by day. He died at 3:00 p.m. on June 15, 2006.

This is another bloody debt Jiang and Luo's group and their followers owe. Bian Fusheng's death is directly related to the Acheng Municipal Government, Acheng City 610 Office, Acheng City Legal System Section, Acheng City Heping Police Department and other relevant agencies that have taken part in the persecution.
