Distributing the Nine Commentaries during the Cold of Winter and on Hot Summer Nights

(Clearwisdom.net) I fully understand that the Fa-rectification process is advancing rapidly, and I’m acutely aware of the urgent need to save sentient beings.

Since last October I’ve been making truth-clarification materials with my own money and distributing the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" from my hometown. I live in the city, but I wanted to distribute truth-clarifying materials in the village where I grew up, so I familiarized myself with the roads there and prepared the materials in advance. I always went out in the evening and distributed the materials until dawn. I usually walked more than 15 miles every night, and I never skipped a house. I wanted to distribute the materials to all the homes of my old village neighbors.

After I finished distributing truth-clarifying materials in my village, I began to go to other villages and towns. During the cold winter evenings the temperature often dropped below -4 degrees Fahrenheit (-20 degrees Celsius). Sometimes I didn’t want to go, but I asked myself, "Why won’t you do it when it’s cold? Why won’t you do it if nobody goes with you? My cultivation can’t depend on other people. I mustn’t wait for, depend on, or ask for help from others. I need to walk my own path." So I insisted on distributing the Nine Commentaries regardless of the conditions. My toenails fell off and blood blisters formed on my feet because of the long-distance walks. In order to hear I didn’t cover my head, even when it was very cold, consequently my ears were so frozen that I couldn’t feel them for several days, but in my mind I felt no pain at all. I gladly bore the pain with the wish that my old village neighbors might be saved. When I saw them reading and discussing the Nine Commentaries, I was so happy for them.

One evening I went to a fellow practitioner’s home to study the Fa. Afterwards we went out to distribute the Nine Commentaries. Then we had to walk to another practitioner’s home in the early morning to study the Fa before he started work on the farm. It was raining and the roads were slippery. After distributing the Nine Commentaries all night we were both exhausted. We walked slower and slower. Suddenly a truck stopped in front of us. The truck driver opened the door and said, "Are you guys going to town? Get in the truck." We answered, "Yes." The driver said, "Don’t worry. I’ll take you there." We got in the truck. On the way to town we clarified the truth to the driver. He was very happy and said he’d resign from the CCP using a pseudonym.

I was greatly encouraged by this incident. Master is always taking care of us and protecting us. If we walk a righteous path, Master and the righteous gods of the universe help us. There were several times when I thought it was going to rain, so we sent forth righteous thoughts asking Master and the righteous gods to prevent the rain from falling. We knew we had to put the truth-clarifying materials into the hands of the villagers. We said, "Their thousands of years of waiting must end today," and the clouds would gradually disappear.

I hope all practitioners will step forward to save sentient beings with righteous thoughts and righteous actions in order to fulfill the grand vows we’ve made in history!
