(Clearwisdom.net) Editors’ Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Liu Wei, the Former Assistant Secretary of the Yitong County Party Committee of Jilin Province, Receives Karmic Retribution

Liu Wei was the former assistant secretary of the Yitong County Party Committee of Jilin Province. Recently his mouth and eyes suddenly became distorted and he could only move very slowly. He still has not recovered his health even though he has had many medical treatments.

Liu Wei has been in charge of the persecution of Falun Gong since July 20, 1999. He has incited the police department, the procuratorate, and the judicial department to illegally and heavily sentence Falun Dafa practitioners in Yitong County. He has send them to the forced labor camp, has imprisoned them for unlimited periods of time and has extorted money from them. The persecution of practitioners in Yitong County is one of the most serious nationwide. The persecution has caused the deaths of three practitioners (Li Aiying, Tian Junlong, Zheng Lin), the sentencing of six practitioners (Xu Hongyan, Chen Yuxia, Wang Taimin, Wu Keli, Chen Jingru, and Zhang Xu), and the illegal imprisonment of hundreds of practitioners in forced labour camps. Over a million yuan have been extorted from practitioners.. The economy of this county is very poor under these corrupt officials' management. Even so, they persecute Falun Gong very actively.

Currently Liu Wei is receiving karmic retribution. This is a warning for all those who are still participating in and directing the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners in Yitong County. Stop persecuting Falun Gong and take the opportunity to make up for the harm you have done to Falun Dafa practitioners, so that you can redeem your future. You should take your own life and your future very seriously!

Shi Yingbai, the Chief of the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp, Who Has Brutally Persecuted Falun Dafa Practitioners, Receives Karmic Retribution

In 2001, Shi Yingbai was the chief of the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp in Heilongjiang Province. From noon on June 18 to the morning of June 19, the guards hung up 15 Falun Gong practitioners in a small cell for about 20 hours. Guard Li Min purposely lifted them higher and higher for three or four times while cursing them. He also grabbed Yang Xiuli’s head and smashed it against the wall. Later, Shi Yingbai came to the cell and encouraged the guards saying, "You are doing a good job, keep it up.!"

Shi Yingbai is now the chief of the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp in Harbin City.

According to Shi Yingbai’s family member, Shi Yingbai has developed a brain tumor and is now in a major hospital in Harbin City. She is in Room 16, Building 4 of the Brain Surgery Section. This hospital is possibly not able to handle this kind of surgery, so they plan to send Shi Yingbai to a Beijing hospital.
