Following the Path of Fa-Rectification, Returning to One's Origin

(Clearwisdom.net) I was fortunate to be introduced to Falun Dafa in 1997. When I read Zhuan Falun for the first time, I felt a spark in my heart that this was indeed an extremely precious Dafa! It was this Dafa that made me understand the true meaning of life and the significance of one's existence. That is, as Master said in Zhuan Falun,

"One should return to one's original, true self; this is the real purpose of being human."

From that time on I studied the Fa and did the exercises very diligently. I used to have many illnesses such as bursitis in a shoulder, nephritis, liver problems, rheumatism, arthritis, etc. I lived a very illness-ridden and painful life. Through practicing Dafa and improving my xinxing, in less than a year, all the sickness symptoms disappeared from my body. I walked with a lighter step. My husband used to have a bad temper and frequently started arguments with me. He also had thrombus sequela. Through my Fa study and doing the exercises, his symptoms also got better and he stopped arguing with me. It is really true that,

"With one person practicing, the whole family benefits." (from Zhuan Falun)

On July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party launched the brutal persecution of Falun Gong. In 2000, I went to Beijing twice to validate the Fa. One time I was illegally held in the Daxing Detention Center. A warden interrogated me and asked me why I was there. I didn't reply. A guard on the side threatened to beat me. I thought, "I am a Dafa disciple, a Dafa particle; no one can move me. I have the Fa and our Master on my side and shouldn't fear anybody. That warden saw I kept silent and asked again loudly, "Why did you come (to Beijing)?" I said righteously and sternly, "The Fa Rectifies the Cosmos!" When I said this, these two people just laughed and seemed not to understand the meaning. They asked, "Rectify what?" I carefully repeated, "The Fa Rectifies the Cosmos!" After hearing clearly, their attitude relaxed. The one who was going to beat me also sat down. Afterwards they said a few words and finished the interrogation.

When I stepped out of the interrogation room, my heart felt incomparable joy, as if I had won a battle on the battlefield. I felt extremely relaxed and proud. I realized that as long as a Dafa disciple holds strong righteous thoughts and has no fear, the evil will be eliminated.

After 15 days they saw that I wasn't going to tell them anything, so they let me go. When I walked out the front gate, I cried with relief. I knew that it was Master's merciful protection and the power of Dafa, as well as my firm mind toward Dafa. The evil was frightened and hence I was able to get out and go back to my family. From my deepest heart I didn't know how to express my sincere gratitude for our great Master's compassionate salvation.

Back in my hometown I joined the mighty flow of clarifying the truth and rescuing sentient beings. One evening after 10:00 p.m., when I went out to post truth clarification materials, a CCP indoctrinated person saw me and called the 610 Office. I wasn't afraid. By then a cab had stopped nearby, yet I thought I shouldn't take the cab and leave because I hadn't completed the posting, which I was supposed to do. I had to complete it and then leave. I shouldn't let the evil interfere with my righteous action. I stood there and sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil interference. Fairly soon that person left. Then I continued to post the truth clarification materials in that area. About ten minutes later into my posting, a big vehicle drove towards me. Because its high beams were on, I couldn't see clearly what kind of vehicle it was. I kept on sending forth righteous thoughts as I walked toward the side of the road. The vehicle passed by at a very high speed. I turned around and saw it was a police car. I enhanced my sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil; not to let the evil see me. I heard the vehicle stop. I continued walking and took the back route. I continued posting my truth clarification materials. After posting them all, by the time I got back home it was past midnight.

This experience made me profoundly understand the power of righteous thoughts and Master's merciful protection. As long as a Dafa disciple keeps righteous thoughts and righteous actions, Master will be with us all the time and all the evil will be eliminated, too.

The evil took advantage of me in April 2002, because I wasn't able to deal rationally with certain things. I was put into a forced labor camp for three years, dealing my Fa-rectification cultivation a huge negative blow.

When I came out of the labor camp, my family member misunderstood me. I had a four-year-old grandson that used to be very cute, but while I was detained in the labor camp he had become very mischievous. He was extremely selfish and either hit or cursed other people. He was disobedient, and nobody could control him. He would cry endlessly. Kindergarten teachers had no idea how to deal with him. My daughter-in-law said he had fever at the end of almost every month, and she had to take him to the hospital for an injection.

Observing this, I thought, "Only Dafa could possibly change this child." From then on, whenever I was taking care of my grandson, I recited the "Fa" to him and reminded him, "Falun Dafa is good;" "Zhen-Shan-Ren is good." This child was very innocent; whenever no one else was around he would repeat these words to me out loud.

In less than a month a miracle occurred. My grandson's temper changed. He no longer cried like previously. He became obedient and also very polite and didn't get the fever, either. In less than half a year my grandson learned how to write. His writing was neat and he learned more than 500 words. He was able to sit in the class in kindergarten. The teachers also praised him. I clearly knew that it was Dafa and Master that saved this young child. It's hard for me to express my immense gratitude to our Master. It was Dafa that opened this child's wisdom and intelligence. It was Dafa that corrected his behavior. I have to do well on the Fa-rectification path so as to not have Master be ashamed of me.

The above are my experiences during the course of assisting Fa-rectification. I am writing it out to share with everybody. If there's something not right, please point it out.
