On the evening of January 13, 2005, someone reported on practitioner Ms. Wang Lanfen while she was clarifying the truth; she was later arrested. She has been detained at Masanjia "Re-education" Center for about one and a half years. Lately, she appears to be suffering serious health problems, but is still being persecuted there.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Quanliang from Chongqing City suffered severe torture and abuse at Shangqingsi Police Station, in Chongqing City after his illegal arrest in December 2005. He was handcuffed and hung in the air for six days. Now his reactions and speech are slow and weak. He is being held at Liziba Detention Center.

For the past seven years, Mr. Zhang's whole family has suffered from serious persecution. His mother-in-law, Ms. Gu Zhiyi was illegally sentenced and his wife Ms. Liou Zhilan was put in a forced labor camp for one year and three months.

On the morning of June 13, 2006, practitioner Mr. Tong Quan, a worker at The Second People's Hospital, Liaoyang City, was arrested at his workplace and taken to a detention center.

Around June 19, 2006, the 610 Office set up a brainwashing center near the brisk factory and the Jichang Expressway. It's known that practitioners, including Ms. Ji Shufang, Ms. Liou Gueiyun, the elderly Ms. Gao, Ms. Ma Fang, and Mr. Su Changlin, were persecuted there.

Around June 14, 2006, practitioner Ms. Meng Xianzhi was arrested and persecuted at Jiamusi Forced Labor Camp, Heilongjiang Province.

On the morning of June 22, the National Security Bureau arrested practitioner Mr. Qiao Mingfei from his home.

On June 16, 2006, a number of officers from the Public Security Bureau, Mulan County, led by Officer Liou Xiaochuen, arrested Ms. Zhang Guiren and Mr. Song Junhua, and subsequently ransacked their homes, took away Dafa books and then sent them to a detention center.

Practitioner Mr. Jing Zhixin was illegally sentenced to a forced labor camp for three years. He is still held in custody at Tonghua Forced Labor Camp, Jilin Province even though his sentence was up.

Practitioner Ms. Zhang Xili is a retiree from the Xianhe First Mine, Shengli Oil Field. On April 13, 2006, while she was distributing the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and clarifying the truth, someone reported her peaceful activity to the police. The 610 Office of Shengli Oil Field immediately arrested her. She has now been illegally detained and persecuted at Jishu Brainwashing Center for more than two months.

On June 20, 2006, at approximately 8:00 p.m., practitioner Ms. Jiang Tao from Kaifa Area, Shidao Township, Rongcheng City, Shandong Province was arrested, and her home was ransacked. Her printer, notebook and related materials were also taken away.

On May 11, 2006, Practitioner Mr. Lu Shoulu was arrested and sentenced to a year and is now detained at Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo.

Practitioner Ms. Gao Yinglian was illegally held at a detention center in Lingqiou County by the Public Security Bureau. The authorities plan to sentence her to prison.

On the morning of June 22, 2006, Officials from the 610 Office arrested practitioner Mr. Zhu Guangyuan from Daqing West Road, Fancheng District, Xiangfan City, Hubei Province. His house was ransacked and his computer, printer and other equipment were stolen.

Mr. Zhu Jialin, a practitioner at Sichuan University, has been detained at a brainwashing center located at No. 66, Caojin Rd., Jinhua Township, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province.

On June 20, 2006, someone called the police on practitioner Ms. Wang Liangxin, 37, for distributing truth-clarifying materials at a fruit market. She was arrested and taken to Tieji Brainwashing Center, Qingshan District. Her family members are not allowed to see her.

Practitioner Ms. Luo Xioumei was originally persecuted at The Second District of Sichuan Women's Prison. Her sentence was up on August 13, 2005, but she was not released and was transferred around to other places. Ms. Luo's current whereabouts are unknown.

On June 20, 2006, seven practitioners from Lijin Rd., Dongli District, Tianjin City were brutally arrested by twenty local officers. Their situations are currently unknown. The arrested practitioners include Ms. Dong Gueiying, Ms. Wang Qinxiang, Ms. Wang Wenrong, Ms. Wang Zongfeng, Ms. Yang Cuilan, Ms. Zhang Qingying and Ms. Xing. Ms. Wang Qinxiang's house was ransacked and a computer was stolen.
