1. [Qiqihaer City, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Yang Shujun Injected with an Unknown Drug and Suffers Mental Collapse
In early 2004, Ms. Yang Shujun from Fulaerji District in Qiqihaer City was illegally arrested. In April 2006, Ms. Yang was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment. She then went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. The guards added an unknown drug to the food that was given to Ms. Yang when they force-fed her. As a result, she had a mental collapse and can no longer take care of herself. In June 2006, Ms. Yang was still sent to the notorious Haerbin Women’s Jail for further persecution.
2. [Acheng City, Helongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioners Zhang Suqin and Liu Shuzhen Persecuted at Wanjia Forced Labor Camp in Haerbin City
On December 5, 2005, Acheng City resident Ms. Zhang Suzhen was arrested. On July 6, 2006, she was sent to the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.
Ms. Liu Shuzhen’s left leg, feet, and hand became disabled as a result of being tortured at the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Around July 15, 2006, Mr. Liu Defu, who is over 50 years old, was arrested while he was handing out truth-clarification materials.
4. [Songzi City, Hubei Province] Dafa Practitioner Hu Jiqin Taken to a Brainwashing Center
On July 15, 2006, Ms. Hu Jiqin from Songzi City was taken to the Wuhan Brainwashing Session. No further update is available.
5. [Beijing City] Practitioner Zhao Yongmei Arrested
Forty-five-year-old Ms. Zhao Yongmei was reported to the authorities because she openly clarified the truth to people. On July 13, 2006, she was arrested and detained by the local police and the National Security Team of the Township Police Bureau.
6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner He Longjia Arrested
Mr. He Longjia is a driver for the Shenyang Railway. His company sent him to the Wushun Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center because he openly withdrew his membership to the Chinese Communist Party. In June 2006, he was taken away by the police.
7. [Beijing] Dafa Practitioner Zhao Rongmei Arrested
On July 19, 2006, Ms. Zhao Rongmei from Chaoyang District, Beijing City was arrested by police officers from Beijing City Police Bureau, and her home was ransacked. Currently, she is detained at Chaoyang District Police Bureau Gaobeidian Police Station.

8. [Mudanjiang City, Helongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioners Zhang Yufeng and Li Juan Arrested; Li Juan’s Whereabouts Unknown
On July 17, 2006, Ms. Zhang Yufeng, a Dafa practitioner whose family works at Mudanjiang City North Tool Factory was arrested by the Mudanjiang Politics and Security Team. When her family went to demand her release, they were refused.
On July 18, Ms. Li Juan’s home was ransacked. To this day, no one knows her whereabouts.
9. [Linzhou City, Henan Province] Dafa Practitioners Wang Shuanzhou and Zhang Tianshun Detained
On June 30, 2006, 44-year-old Mr. Wang Shuanzhou was arrested at home by police officers and his Dafa books and truth-clarification materials were confiscated. Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Tianshun from Caisang Town was also arrested. Both men are currently detained.

On June 28, 2006, Ms. Mao Shuying from Military University of Harbin City was arrested at home. Her current whereabouts is unknown.
13. [Xiangfan City, Hubei Province] Dafa practitioner Qiao Xiaonu Arrested
At about 8 o’clock, Oon July 18, 2006, Ms. Qiao Xiaonu was reported to the police when she was handing out truth-clarification materials at the base of the No.2 Motor Manufacturing Company, she was subsequently arrested.
14. [Qitaihe City, Helongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Tian Ying and Others Persecuted
In March 2006, at Qitaihe City, Dafa practitioners Ms. Tian Ying, Ms. Cai, Ms. Ji, Ms. Wang and others were arrested and are still illegally detained at the Qitaihe City No.1 Detention Center.
15. [Tianjin City] Police Officers from the No. 2 Bridge Police Station at Hedong District Persecute Dafa Practitioners
At about 7:00 a.m. on July 1, police officers from Hedong District No. 2 Bridge Police Station in Tianjin broke into Ms. Wu Cuilan’s home under the pretense of checking her ID. Instead, they ransacked her home and forcefully took Ms. Wu to the police station.

17. [Tonghe District, Helongjiang Province] Zhang Cuijiang and Two Other Dafa Practitioners Forcefully Arrested
On the morning of July 16, 2006, police officers from Tonghe County in Heilongjiang Province, went to Ms. Zhang Cuijuan’s home. They ransacked her home, and then forcefully arrested Ms. Zhang.
On the evening of July 18, 2006, when Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Zhen was posting up a banner that read "Falun Dafa is good" on the street, a police officer arrested her.
On July 19, 2006, police officers went to Mr. Zhao Fuguang’s home, ransacked it, and confiscated his TV and printer. Mr. Zhao was arrested as well.
18. [Shaoyang City, Henan Province] Liao Meihua Facing Illegal Sentence to Forced Labor Camp
In June 2006, people from the National Security Team of Shuangqing Police Bureau forcibly took Ms. Liao Meihua to the No.1 Detention Center, where she is detained to this day. The authorities plan to sentence her to forced labor.
19. [Puning City, Guangdong Province] Dafa Practitioner Jiang Huicha Illegally Sentenced
Ms. Jiang Huichan, who is 73 years old, was secretly brought to trial by officials from Jieyang City and Puning City, and sentenced to three years imprisonment. Currently, she is imprisoned at Guangzhou City Huadu Women’s Jail.

20. [Xiangtan City, Hunan Province] Dafa Practitioners Zeng Gu and Ling Jia Illegally Arrested
Thirty-three-year-old Mr. Zeng Gu was detained at the Jintangwan Dentention Center for one month because he went to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong to the Chinese government. He has also been dismissed from work and illegally fined 10,000 yuan. His home was later ransacked because he made and distributed truth-clarification materials. In 2001, he was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.
Dafa practitioner Mr. Ling Jia is a teacher at Xiangtan Manganese Mine Middle School. In late September 2004, while Ling Jia was telling his students the true situation of Falun Gong, he was arrested by people from Xiangtang City Yutang Police Station and sent to the Xiangtan City Sanjiaoping Detention Center. He was later transferred to Binzhou Jail for further persecution.
21. [Linkou County, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Du Limei Arrested at Home
On July 13, 2006, police officers from Nanshan Police Station at Linkou County broke into Dafa practitioner Ms. Du Limei’s home and confiscated two Minghui Journals. They also took Ms. Du to the Muling Detention Center.
