Investigation Leads: There Is a Good Chance That a Concentration Camp Holding Dafa Practitioners Exists in Huaihua District

(Clearwisdom.net) After the CCP’s practice was exposed of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners then cremating their bodies to destroy the evidence, the Falun Dafa Association and the Clearwisdom website formed the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG)" on April 4, 2006 and began collecting information and clues. This is the most recent information the coalition has obtained. It’s our hope that once upright and just people who hear this news and have more of this type of information, they will continue to step forward and expose the labor camps, prisons and hospitals around China that have participated in the plot to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners, and help us end the persecution.

Investigation lead #1: There is a good chance that a concentration camp holding Dafa practitioners exists in Huaihua District

Huaihua City in Xiangxi Hunan province is located in a remote mountain area. It developed very fast in the recent years. It is a very convenient transfer station for trains and buses to reach all directions. People say that Huaihua is like a "trailer" city of a train.

Huaihua City is an important military-restricted area. There are military facilities such as the 535 Liberation Army Hospital, the Cannon Base and the armed police branch. There are many underground facilities from Yang Village to Shimen. Many mountains are hollowed out inside; the local people are all aware of these facilities. They are located in Jingzhou, Zhongfang County, Bajia.

One facility in Bajia was destroyed after someone who helped to build it told others about it. It was exposed and pointed out on a map by an intelligence agent. In another incident, the check point staff stopped a military truck and wanted to check it. He was asked: "Can you see it clearly?" When he answered, "Yes" he was shot on the spot. In recent years, the main perpetrators in persecuting Falun Dafa—Jiang Zeming, Luo Gan and Zeng Qinghong—all visited that area. There must be facts one wishes to hide there.

After the Sujiatun organ harvesting activities were exposed in March, from April to May ten thousand prisoners were moved between Guangzhou and Huaihua Hunan Province. Details need to be investigated. In the meantime, many armed police and Public Security Bureau personnel were transferred to the Cannon Base for training and for escort assignments. From a witness account, numerous military trucks drove towards Yang Village Bajia and truckloads of Dafa practitioners from Baimalong Women's Labor Camp were transferred to Huaihua District.

At the No. 4 People’s Hospital in Huaihua City (a psychiatric hospital that has been participating in persecuting Dafa practitioners and has been exposed many times), an eyewitness noticed a young beautiful girl in her early twenties with rosy cheeks and a healthy appearance. She attempted to talk to someone near her when two male guards stopped her immediately. It is mostly likely that she is a Falun Gong practitioner who was transferred here.

From evidence and eyewitness accounts, there is a strong possibility that there is a concentration camp in Huaihua District that holds Dafa practitioners.

Investigation clue #2: The No. 1 People’s Hospital in Chenzhou City Hunan Province performed sixty-four transplant surgeries last year

On the fifth page of the June 20, 2006 issue of "Chenzhou Daily" is the article, "Lift up the Life Sail—Regarding the No. 1 People’s Hospital Organ Transplant Department." It states: " The hospital successfully performed sixty kidney transplant surgeries, three heart transplant surgeries and one liver transplant surgery in 2005." It also revealed "In recent years, some hospitals solely pursue financial benefits and, even though they are not qualified to perform organ transplant surgeries, they still do so…" It is very chaotic to manage organ transplant activities in Mainland China. The facilities that participate in organ transplant operations are not just those officially approved and they are making huge profits.

The No. 1 Chenzhou People’s Hospital in Hunan Province is on the first published list of the "Investigation International". The Director of the Organ Transplant Department is Chen Shanqun, Vice-Director is Dr. Sun Jianming.
