Solemn Statements from Dafa Practitioners

Because I did not have a good understanding of Dafa and still had fundamental attachments, amidst the repeated persecution, I did what a Dafa practitioner should have never done and I even had doubts about Teacher and Dafa. Under the tremendous pressure, I wrote statements to denounce Dafa while I was in detention. After my release, I again cooperated with the evil and agreed not to contact fellow practitioners. Later through constant Fa study and reading of "Minghui Weekly" articles, as well as sharing with fellow practitioners, I realized that I had been walking on a path arranged by the old forces and I was in a grave situation. I hereby solemnly declare that all I said and did before is void and nullified. I will completely negate the old forces and walk the path Teacher arranges for me. I will redouble my efforts to make up for the loss I caused to Dafa and Teacher. I will do the three things well and become a qualified practitioner and not let down Teacher’s compassionate salvation.

In 2000, the local police asked every practitioner to sign a form promising not to appeal [for justice for Falun Gong], not to post truth-clarification materials and not to gather with other practitioners. Due to my fear, I signed my name on the form. In October 2004, while distributing truth-clarification materials, I was caught by a policeman who had been hiding there. I was detained for over a month. Before my release I again wrote a statement promising not to practice. In July 2005, because I listened to the warped notions from some former practitioners who had deviated from Dafa, I did not stop my husband from burning Dafa books. Now looking back, I feel very ashamed. I hereby solemnly declare that all I said, wrote and did that did not conform to Dafa is void and nullified. I will redouble my efforts and catch up with the Fa-rectification process. I will cultivate Dafa until reaching consummation.
