A group of Falun Gong practitioners were transferred from the Daqing Forced Labor Camp to the Suihua Forced Labor Camp on March 17, 2006. The lawless guards and inmates body-searched Falun Dafa practitioner Cao Jingdong. They found Master's articles in his pocket. Inmates Wang Shushan, Hou Shichen, team head on duty Lian Xing, and team head Chen Xinlong brutally beat him. On March 18, team political head Zeng Lingjun and guard Chen Xinlong dragged Cao Jingdong to a solitary confinement cell and savagely beat him again. Starting on March 19, division political head Gao Zhonghai and others shocked Cao Jingdong with electric batons for four to five days continuously until Cao Jingdong's eyes were bloodshot and his body was covered in wounds. He was held in solitary confinement for six days, during which time he was tied to the Tiger Bench. Cao Jingdong's family went to visit him in July, but the labor camp authorities refused to let them see him. Sources revealed that his genital area was injured from beatings and his entire body was covered in wounds.

The new division head Lian Xing shocked practitioner Lian Tao with electric batons on June 9, 2006. He broke one of Lian Tao's fingers, and severely beat his muscles and face. Guard Diao Xuesong knocked out some of practitioner Li Shaotie's teeth.

One day in 2003, Liu Wei, a deputy division head at Suihua Forced Labor Camp, slapped practitioner Xu Xuezhi's face and knocked him to the ground. Xu Xuezhi didn't come to until about three minutes later.
