(Clearwisdom.net) Our group exercise site in Sheng'an Park was set up six
years ago. Fellow practitioners come to do the exercises every day no matter how
bad the weather. Even during the recent hurricane, some practitioners still
came. The following are some cultivation stories of practitioners at our
exercise site.
Morning exercises
Young twins doing exercises
A set of 10-year old twins comes with their parents to do the exercises every
day. One of the twins had heart disease and had surgery. Although she was
rescued, she was still sick after the surgery. Her mother developed clinical
depression due to the mental pressure. Moreover, the hospital expense was also a
big burden for the family. In June 2001, the whole family learned Falun Dafa,
and their lives were also changed. The little girl became healthy, and her
mother was happy. Their story is just one of many that show how Falun Gong
improves people's physical and spiritual lives.
A retired worker who has been practicing for three years comes to the site
thirty minutes earlier than other practitioners every day, to hang up the banner
and clean the field. He said that before, he never considered others' feelings
when talking to people. But now he looks inward. If he says something hurtful,
he apologizes to others. Previously, his health was very poor. He had many
diseases including constipation, heart disease, allergies, etc., and he went to
the hospital almost every day. But he became healthy after practicing Falun Dafa,
and now no longer needs to take medicine.
An 80-year old woman whose spine and legs were broken in a car accident comes
to study the Fa and do the exercises every day. She recovered very
quickly. She even went to Manhattan to clarify the truth and attend
the parade. She can walk as fast as young people, and even drives a motorcycle
to the exercise site every morning.
