Ms. Yu Xiaohong, Cured of Disability through Falun Dafa, is Arrested by National Security Police

(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of July 27, 2006, police officers from the National Security Section, Huanan County Police Department including Li Jun and Wang Jinfeng went to practitioner Yu Xiaohong's home. They called in a fire truck and set up a ladder against the building. They destroyed the window screen and forced their way into the apartment where Yu Xiaohong lived. Yu Xiaohong and her mother Duan Fenglan, who was over 70 years old, were taken away.

Ms. Yu Xiaohong's legs used to be disabled. She also had many other problems, such as tuberculosis and heart problems. Her parents lived on farming vegetables and barely got by. In order for her to have medical treatment, her parents saved every penny, and relatives and friends also helped out. Yu Xiaohong had had three major surgeries in a big hospital, but her condition didn't improve much. They implanted metal plates in both legs, which caused pain whenever she had to walk a relatively long distance. The pain would become more severe and unbearable when it was raining. Yu Xiaohong suffered so much pain that she felt that living was worse than death. Her condition affected her temper. She frequently lost her temper and often complained to her parents, saying that they didn't give her good health. She thought that her disability was caused by her parents. She would do whatever she wanted to do and never considered others' feeling.

However, since Yu Xiaohong started to practice Falun Gong and followed the principle of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" to be a good person, she changed and became more open and considerable. She knows to think for others and no longer attaches herself to loss and gain; she speaks in a friendly manner and works diligently. The changes to her mind brought her dramatic physical improvements. Before, her tuberculosis was so severe that she kept vomiting blood and had to stay in the hospital. After she practiced Falun Gong, however, it was gone, and so were the other health problems. The pain that tortured her for years disappeared and she was able to walk long distances and walk up stairs and down stairs like a healthy person. Before when she sat down, her legs had to stretch straight or turn outside and couldn't turn inside. Now she can cross her legs. Falun Dafa changed her physically and mentally and gave her a new life.

However, just because she practices Falun Gong, she was arrested and taken away.

We hope people of conscience will stand up to condemn and end this inhuman persecution that leads the Chinese nation to disaster.
