Montana, USA: Practitioners Participate in Bozeman Sweet Pea Festival Parade for Fourth Consecutive Year

(Clearwisdom.net) For the fourth consecutive year, Falun Dafa practitioners from Montana, Washington and Utah traveled to Bozeman, Montana to participate in the Sweet Pea Festival parade on August 5, 2006.

This small-town parade is a family event which is attended by many local people. The Falun Dafa float is admired for it's beauty and originality, last year winning a top prize in the category of "Best Use of Flowers."

We were joined this year by two family members of a Utah practitioner who helped with carrying a banner and driving the vehicle.

Traditional dress was worn by three of the practitioners and many compliments were made by spectators referring to the costume as being "just beautiful." Lotus flowers were given out along the parade route. Being a small community, manners are important and so many people asked very kindly for a flower and were so very appreciative to receive them. People clapped when they saw the float and many people recited the worlds of "Truth, Compassion, Tolerance," after reading the banners on the float.

Dafa brought a warm sunny summer day to Bozeman so many people could obtain the Fa.
