(Clearwisdom.net) When streetcars passed by the bustling Swiss Parade Square, many passengers caught the sight of Falun Gong practitioners doing the slow and peaceful exercises with slightly closed eyes. They were so peaceful and positive that it seemed that they were in different world from the people passing by. Beside them, there was a tent hanging with eye-catching banners worded in three languages -- Chinese, English and German. The banners carried such messages as, "The CCP Conducts Organ Harvesting from Living People," and "Heaven will Destroy the CCP." In front of the tent, a petition table was set up with posters and photos, exposing the persecution of Falun Gong. On the ground, there was a big display board with similar content. Several practitioners distributed fliers and newspapers exposing the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners and announcing the 12 million withdrawals from the CCP.

Such brutal persecution occurring in today's China

On July 22, 2006, this scene was no longer unusual for many passersby on Zurich・s Parade square. In this year alone, similar truth-clarification activities have been held seven times. Each time, many passersby learned the facts of the CCP・s persecution against Falun Gong practitioners. The strong contrast between the graceful exercises and the brutal persecution initially confused some people. In their conversations with Falun Gong practitioners, they always raised the same question -- why are people persecuted only because of practicing such good and peaceful exercises? After the CCP・s atrocity of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners was exposed in March this year, people became more astonished. Many people indicated that such an atrocity reminded them of Hitler・s concentration camps. It is hard to imagine that in today・s 21st century, more than sixty years after World War II, such brutalities are still happening.

Indeed, the persecution against Falun Gong and against Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance has lasted for seven years. Why?

Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Pan told people during her conversation with passersby, "Before 1999, the year the persecution started, Falun Gong was very popular and was very welcomed by the Chinese people. Because people become healthy after practicing, the practice spread quickly by word of mouth. In the seven years since it was introduced, there were one hundred million people practicing Falun Gong. The number of Falun Gong practitioners was far beyond the number of Chinese Communist Party members. This caused the CCP and the then-leader Jiang Zemin to be extremely jealous and intimidated by Falun Gong.

The CCP wants to sever all relations between the Chinese people and their history, and make them lose the ability to distinguish right from wrong, in order to control the Chinese people and their thoughts with violence and deceit. However, Falun Gong teaches people to be good, according to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and be able to distinguish between right and wrong. These teachings cannot be tolerated by the CCP・s nature of falsehood, hatred and struggle. In other words, because of the righteousness of Falun Gong, the evil CCP started the unprecedented persecution on July 20, 1999.

Many people indicated repeatedly that they were unable to understand why the CCP persecutes practitioners so brutally. The practitioners suggested that they read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party published by The Epoch Times newspaper. The commentaries systematically and objectively expose the CCP・s evil nature, and explain the persecution against Falun Gong. An older man who had done business in China took a Chinese edition of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party for his Chinese friends.

An Iranian girl, who was born in Switzerland, had a long conversation with Falun Gong practitioners. She told the reporter that she had accepted truth-clarification materials twice. She also looked up some related information about the persecution and the CCP organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. She was really unable to imagine that these crimes are occurring in China. But she believed that the situation would certainly improve because more and more people are joining together to stop this persecution.

The world's people are shocked at the CCP atrocities of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. News of the organ harvesting was disclosed in march and the allegations were verified by a Canada independent investigation group recently. A young man from Frankfurt said that today・s China is very similar to Germany in the time of the World War II.

Some passersby came forward after reading the banner, "Say No to the CCP Organ Harvesting" and pictures of Falun Gong practitioners being persecuted. They asked practitioners, "Are you collecting signatures? What can I do for you?" Some said, "I have already known about the persecution, what can I do to help you?"
