Ganjingzi District Court in Dalian City, Liaoning Province Plans Show-Trial for Mr. Xue Xinkai and His Mother
(Clearwisdom.net) According to an accurate source, Ganjingzi District
Court of Dalian City, Liaoning Province, recently made plans to illegally (1)
bring Dafa practitioners Mr. Xue Xinkai and his mother Sun Shuyun to trial at
9:00 a.m. on July 18, 2006. This source disclosed that all arrested Falun Gong practitioners are given
so-called "court hearings," but it is well known that these hearings
are only superficial. The prison terms given to Falun Gong practitioners have
been already decided, but simply not yet announced at the time of the hearing,
so in reality the judge merely plays out the procedure. So long as a hearing is
held, the judge's duty is completed. Up to the present, the Ganjingzi District Court has dealt out heavy sentences
to many Dafa practitioners. The following are a few such cases: Liu Hongbo was secretly sentenced to 10 years in 2002; Ren Haifei was
sentenced to 7 years and Li Dan was sentenced to 3-7 years in February, 2002 Husband and wife Mr. Tian Jun and Ms. Lu Xiujing were sentenced to 6 years
and 5 years respectively in March 2003 Xu Zhibin was sentenced to 14 years, Chen Xin to 13 years, a female Dafa
practitioner whose name is unknown to 13 years, and a male Dafa practitioner
whose name is unknown to13 years, all in March 2003 Liu Chunhua was sentenced to 3 years on April 11, 2005 Ms. Sun Yan was sentenced to 3 years on August 5, 2005 Tian Yunhai was sentenced to 10 years and Zang Yumei to 3 years on February
15, 2006 Yu Li, Song Xiulian, Yang Chuanjun, Tian Jun and others were also sentenced,
although their prison terms are unclear It is especially noteworthy that some cases do not belong to the Ganjingzi
District, but were carried out nonetheless by the Ganjingzi District Court.
Could it be that relatively more people in Ganjingzi District Court are unaware
of the facts regarding the persecution of Falun Gong, making it a place more
suited for show-trials of Falun Gong practitioners? We suggest that fellow Falun Dafa practitioners in Dalian City send forth
righteous thoughts intensively to help these persecuted Dafa practitioners and
clear out the evil field. We believe it would be effective to send forth
righteous thoughts in close proximity to these hearings when they are carried
out. Let us deny the old forces' arrangements, thoroughly eradicate the evil
persecution, and rescue our fellow practitioners. The following are the related personnel and telephone numbers reprinted from
other cases: Chair of Ganjingzi District Court, Chen Chaoren: 86-411-86600405 (Office) The presiding judge of the Criminal Court, Ganjingzi District Court, Chen

Zemin, who initiated the persecution, and the Chinese Communist Party would like
the world to believe, practicing Falun Gong is NOT illegal in China. Although
the Public Security Department issued an unconstitutional set of restraints on
the practice at the onset of the persecution in 1999, no laws have been passed
by the only legislative body in China, the People's Congress, banning Falun Gong
or granting the police the authority to arrest Falun Gong practitioners for
practicing the exercises or distributing flyers. For a more complete discussion
of the illegality of the persecution of Falun Gong, please refer to the article
