1. [Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Chen Chunsheng and Others Being Further Persecuted at Daqing Prison
On July 26, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Chen Chunsheng, who is being "illegally detained" in the No.5 Team at Daqing Prison, was sent to solitary confinement for detention for not wearing the prisoner's uniform. Because Ms. Li Mei, who is detained in the No.7 Team at Daqing, walked out of her cell without wearing a prisoner's uniform, she was beaten and her neck was injured. On July 29, Mr. Zhang Xiufeng, who is being held in the "Education Team" at the prison, was beaten by inmates and tied to a bed due for requesting to go outside to take a break, and shouting "Falun Dafa is good!"

Mr. Wang Shijun, 41 years old, is a resident of A'rongqi of Inner Mongolia. In 2005, because he was handing out truth-clarification materials, he was illegally arrested, beaten, and then released after he paid a fine. In April 2006 when he was handing out truth-clarification materials, he was arrested in Zhalan Village. There he was forced to write the Three Statements. Police officers sentenced him for "disrupting social order."
3. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Yixiang and Other Practitioners Arrested
On August 3, 2006, people from the 610 Office in the Chenghua District hid in a vehicle near a supermarket and shot videos of practitioners who went there to grocery shop. At about 10 a.m., the next day, they arrested practitioner, Ms. Wang Yixiang on the street. Currently, Ms. Wang is being detained at the Qinglongchang Brainwashing Center in the Chenghua District. On August 5, they arrested practitioner Mr. Lei Xinhua, who had come to do grocery shopping, and ransacked his home.
4. [Tianjin City] Ms. Wu Huirong Arrested
Ms. Wu Huirong, works at the Tianjin Chinese Medicine Medical School No.1 Affiliated Hospital. On August 6, 2006, after finishing her work, she was arrested by police while she was handing out truth-clarification materials in the Hexi Tianta Residential District. Ms. Wu is now in the Hexi Detention Center.

5. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. You Shirong Arrested
On the afternoon of July 17, 2006, police officers from the Licun Police Station and Licang District Police Bureau broke into Ms. You Shizhong's home. They arrested her and announced on the same day that she would be sentenced to forced labor for one year. They sent her to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp immediately.
6. [Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province] The Persecution of Practitioner Mr. Li Yequan
On September 23, 2005, local police officers arrested Mr. Li Yequan, a resident of Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province. They sentenced him to two years of forced labor. Twenty days after he arriving at the Daqing City Forced Labor Camp, he started a hunger strike. On March 16, 2006, Mr. Li was carried on a stretcher to the Suihua Forced Labor Camp, where police officers brutally beat him. At the time, Mr. Li had been on a hunger strike for five months. They also shocked him with electric batons and burned him with lighters. Mr. Li has been tortured so much that he is unable to walk. His blood pressure is only 80/50 and his life is in great danger.

On July 20, 2006, practitioner Mr. Li Xiangyu from Balinzuoqi, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, was arrested by police from the local police bureau while he was in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia. He was secretly transferred to the Chifeng City Police Bureau.

Both practitioners were arrested and sent to the Baomiaozi Township Police Station in Yi County. On the afternoon of August 7, they were transferred to the Yi County Police Station.

12. [Chenxi County, Hunan Province] 14 Dafa Practitioners Arrested
After 3 o'clock on July 11, 2006, over 10 people from the Chinxi County and National Security Team broke into a practitioner's home. They took 14 practitioners away and sent them to the Xiaoping Police Bureau.
13. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Mr. Jin Dezhu Detained
Mr. Jin Dezhu, of Korean ethnicity, is over 40 years old. On February 28, 2006, he was arrested by people from the National Security Team in Yanji City, Jilin Province. He is still being held at the Yanji City Detention Center.
Mr. Jin used to teach at the Longshan Primary School in Dongshengyong Town, Longjin City, Jilin Province. After July 20, 1999, when the persecution of Falun Gong began, he was dismissed from his school because he would not give up practicing Falun Gong. In 2002, police officers from the Politics and Security Division ransacked his home. As a result, Mr. Jin was forced to leave home and move from place to place to avoid arrest.

On August 8, 2006, when Mr. Zhao Qiuhua from Yang Village, Wuqing District, Tianjin City, was clarifying the truth in the Qingwu Development Zone, he was reported. Officials from the Wuqing District Development Zone then arrested him. He is currently in the Wuqing District Detention Center.

16. [Shengli Oil Plant, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Zhongxin Arrested
Mr. Li Zhongxin, over 30 years old, is an employee of the Shengli Oil Plant General Machinery Factory. On the afternoon of August 8, 2006, people from the Security Division in his company called him over. As soon as he got there, police officers from the Binhai Police Bureau pounced on him and arrested him. He is being detained at the Brainwashing Center of the Shengyi Oil Plant Gas Delivery Company.
17. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Xu Lizheng Arrested
Dingzhou City practitioner Mr. Xu Lizheng was reported while handing out truth-clarification materials. On August 8, 2006, at 11a.m., four police officers, including the Manager of the No.1 Division in the police bureau, Ma Tiezhu, and three other police officers, arrested him.

18. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Shurong Persecuted
Ms. Zhang Shurong started practicing Falun Gong in 1995. Since July 20, 1999, she has been detained five times. Once she was sent to a forced labor camp for two and a half years. Whilr she was detained at the Miyun Detention Center and Daxing Women Forced Labor Camp, Ms. Zhang was persecuted very seriously and lost her vision. She couldn't walk and lost her memory was lost; she was muddle-headed all the time.
19. [Beijing] Practitioner Ms. Yan Xiuqing Being Held in the Detention Center
On July 15, 2006, when practitioner Ms. Yan Xiuqing from the Malinan District in Cuigezhuang Village of the Chaoyang District in Beijing was posting truth-clarification materials, she was arrested by people from the Cuigezhuang Village Police Station. She is currently in the Chaoyang District Detention Center.
20. [Hebi City, Henan Province] Ms. Wang Baohua Facing Sentencing
In early July 2006, practitioner Ms. Wang Baohua from Hebi City was tracked down by police officers when she was clarifying the truth. They searched her home and confiscated a computer, printer, and some truth-clarification materials. She is now detained at Hebi City No.1 Detention Center.
21. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Tan Canlong Sent to Xuchang Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Tan Canglong from Kaifeng City, Henan Province, was an employee of the Shiyi Chemical Construction Company in Kaifeng City. On the morning of May 31, 2006, at 11 a.m., because he was handing out truth-clarification materials on Shudian Street in Kaifeng City, Tan Canglong was reported to the authorities. He was arrested by police officers from Kaifeng City and sent to the Kaifeng Detention Center. At about 7 p.m., police officers from Kaifeng ransacked his home. They confiscated his laptop, color printer, Dafa materials, his cell phone, and other items. Mr. Tan was sent to the Xuchang Forced Labor Camp for one year and nine months.
22. [Zhucheng, Shandong Province] Ms. Feng Cuixia Arrested
On March 8, 2006, practitioner Ms. Feng Cuixia from Zhucheng City was arrested by police officers from the Renmin Road Police Station and taken to the Zhucheng Detention Center. After officials extorted money from her family, she was released.
23. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Facts about the Persecution of Mr. Guan Yue
On June 2, 2006, practitioner Mr. Guan Yue from Dalian City, Liaoning Province, was arrested from his workplace and his home was ransacked. On June 28, an arrest warrant was issued for him. Currently this case is with the Sha District Procuratorate and they are prepared to bring him to trial.
24. [Lanzhou City, Gangsu Province] Ms. Guo Wenying Persecuted at Jiuzhou Women's Prison
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Guo Wenying from the Qilihe District in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, is over 50 years old. She is being detained in the Lanzhou City Jiuzhou Women's Prison. Since February 2006, she has been in solitary confinement.
25. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Practitioner Ms. Xue Linan Arrested
Ms. Xue Lina, about 50 years old, is an employee of the Xiaohe Bolts and Screws Factory in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. At 11a.m., on August 2, 2006, she was taken away by police officers. Now she is in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province.
26. [Zaoyang City, Hubei Province] Mr. Xiong Shaoxu Forced to Leave Home
At about 10 a.m., on August 11, 2006, three vehicles appeared suddenly in front of practitioner Mr. Xong Shaoxu's home. Mr. Xong lives on Yuhuang Street, Wangcheng Town, Zaoyang City. At that time, he was shopping in Wang Cheng Town. When he saw the three vehicles, he left right away in order to escape arrest and persecution.
27. [Zaoyang City, Hubei Province] Situation of Practitioners Mr. Zeng Qiang and Mr. Guo Yong
Mr. Zeng Qiang teaches at the Zishang Central Primary School. In March 2000, he suffered a bone fracture and injury to his penis after being kicked.
Mr. Guo Yong was a teacher from Zishan Middle School. In March 2001, he was detained at the former Zishan Education Administration Committee. The former Zishan Town Discipline Examination Committee Secretary, Zhao Shihai, directed local thug Zhang Changling to beat Mr. Guo. As a result, one of Mr. Guo's ribs was broken. In November 2001, police officers from the Wangcheng Police Station saw him putting up truth clarification materials. That evening he had to leave home and move from place to place in order to escape persecution.
28. [Guangzhou, Guangdong Province] Mr. Wei Yingxin Sentenced
Practitioner Mr. Wei Yingxin from Guangzhou City is 67 years old. On September 12, 2005, he was arrested by police officers from Guangzhou City. He has been detained at the Yuexiu District Detention Center ever since. At 8:30 a.m. on January 25, 2006, the Yuxue District Court convened his trial. At 2:30 p.m. on May 25, 2006, Mr. Wu was sentenced to four years imprisonment.
29. [Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province] Supplementary Facts on Ms. Liu Yumei's Arrest
On the afternoon of July 10, 2006, Qitaihe City Police Bureau of Politics and Security Division Manager Bi Shuqing led a few people to arrest Ms. Liu Yumei. Li, who teaches at the No.7 Middle School at Boli County, was taken to the Qitaihe City No.1 Detention Center for persecution.
