(Clearwisdom.net) Hua Shijun, 55, is the Party Secretary of the Perforation Division of the Daqing Well Testing and Production Testing Corporation. He was about to step down from his post, but was reluctant to do so. In exchange for another term in office, he exploited the persecution of Falun Gong.

On July 25, 2006, Hua Shijun collaborated with the Chengfeng Police Sub-bureau of Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. Hua Shijun deceived Mr. Tie Zhijie, an the employee of the corporation.

Five policemen escorted Mr. Tie Zhijie to his office and thoroughly searched it. They later ransacked his home. They confiscated a notebook, an external hard drive, and Falun Gong books. It is not known if they took any additional items. When Mr. Tie asked the police what they had confiscated, they cruelly dismissed him.

Before taking Mr. Tie away, one of the policemen asked him if he still practiced Falun Gong. Mr. Tie replied, "Yes!" The policeman said, "OK, I will find a place for you to practice." Mr. Tie asked, "What are your grounds for arresting me?" The policeman waved some written materials and said that these were the grounds for the arrest. Then they took Mr. Tie Zhijie away. The written materials he showed were written by Mr. Tie Zhijie between 2000 and 2001 to validate the beauty of Falun Dafa and to expose the criminal acts of Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan. He had sent those materials to Hua Shijun. Five years later, Hua Shijun handed all these materials over to to the police. These very materials became the only basis for Mr. Tie Zhijie's arrest.

According to the police at Chengfeng Police Sub-bureau, "We did not want to arrest Mr. Tie Zhijie, since no one is now willing to handle any Falun Gong case. However, what Hua Shijun said simply could not be ignored. If he had spoken even a little charitably, we would not have made the arrest."

The five officers from the Chengfeng Police Sub-bureau of Daqing City who participated in the arrest of Mr. Tie Zhijie included Shao Qingchun, Zhao Jianbo, and Li Guangzhong. They were originally from the Chuangxin Police Sub-station but recently transferred to the Chengfeng Police Sub-bureau.

According to a policeman from the Chengfeng Police Sub-bureau, "During April and May 2006, Hua Shijun collected Mr. Tie Zhijie's diary for use as evidence for persecuting Mr. Tie Zhijie." An investigation showed that, between April and May 2006, Hua Shijun had asked Mr. Tie Zhijie to write a document titled, "Biographical Notes for Technical Cadres." Even though there were several other technical personnel available to write such a document, Mr. Tie was the only one assigned the task. This showed that what the policeman from the Chengfeng Police Sub-bureau had said was true¡Xthat Hua Shijun had arranged for the "evidence" that he offered to the police. By the end of January 2006, officers from the Chengfeng Police Sub-bureau, accompanied by the leaders of the Daqing Well Testing and Production Testing Corporation, had already harassed Mr. Tie and his family at his workplace and home. This was carried out with the tacit consent of Hua Shijun.

At around 12:30 p.m. on July 25, 2006, police escorted Mr. Tie to the Chengfeng Police Sub-station in a car. Other officers smashed the door of the house opposite Mr. Tie's. That home belonged to Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Xiong Xianqing. At the time, Ms. Xiong was not home. Two of the policemen quarreled with Ms. Xiong's over 80-year-old husband and used all sorts of contemptible means to deceive and threaten him. Around 1:40 in the afternoon, Mr. Tie managed to walk out of the police bureau with righteous thoughts.

Mr. Tie Zhijie is an outstanding employee of the corporation. All the staff felt very bad when they learned that Mr. Tie was persecuted. Since Mr. Tie was such a good employee, his persecution also affected whether his workplace would be selected as an outstanding unit, affecting employee promotions and bonuses for all the staff.
