By a practitioner in the United Kingdom

(Clearwisdom.net) On August 27th, the 2006 UK Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held in London. More than two hundred Falun Gong practitioners from all over the UK attended the conference. Twenty practitioners, both western and Chinese, shared their experiences on how to study the principles of Falun Dafa well, how to cooperate and harmonize with each other as one body, how to expose the persecution to the Chinese people as well as the world's people even better, and how to harmonize the relationships with work, family and society. They also discussed issues related to listening to others' opinions and accepting criticism with an open mind, looking within during a conflict, and improving character.

A practitioner makes a speech

Ms. Wang, a practitioner based in London, shared her experience of unceasingly exposing the truth of the persecution to Chinese people in London's Chinatown and improving her xinxing and strengthening her righteous thoughts so as to save more Chinese people from being poisoned by the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) lies. She talked about the encouraging changes she witnesses in people after they learned the truth.

Dr. Shao from Nottingham shared his understanding about the effect of strong righteous thoughts and effective cooperation as one body so as to let more UK MPs and ordinary people know about the CCP's evil persecution during a visit to the UK by David Kilgour, former Canadian Secretary of State and one of the authors of the Canadian independent investigation report on the CCP's atrocity of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.

Ms. Yuyu from Glasgow shared her experience of looking within, discovering and getting rid of attachments during conflicts, pressure and being misunderstood, so as to create a harmonious environment.

Rosemary from Edinburgh shared her experience of how to overcome the difference between western and eastern cultural backgrounds, and the challenges created by the different characters among practitioners. She talked about how to exchange opinions honestly with each other and removing the gaps between practitioners so as to form a more formidable strength as one body.

Ninety-three-year-old western practitioner Francis shared his experience of how he has treasured the time and not let down our Master's merciful salvation; Christina, a young practitioner aged sixteen, shared her experiences of how to use the principles of Falun Dafa to guide her life and behavior in school, keeping away from cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs, as well as letting her schoolmates know about the persecution of Falun Dafa. Their speeches received warm applause.

The cultivation experience sharing conference successfully concluded at 5:00 p.m.
