(Clearwisdom.net) I did not obtain the Fa long before the persecution started on July 20, 1999. I was disillusioned when I watched the evil propaganda on television. "If Dafa were a fake, nothing will be genuine anymore," I thought. So I calmed down and studied all of Master’s teachings once more, in addition to my daily reading of "Zhuan Falun." Through Fa-study, I was convinced that Falun Dafa is the most righteous and Master is the best. Someone asked, "If there is a better practice, will you learn it?" "There can’t be a better one than Dafa," I replied. With that faith, I placed Fa-study and my personal cultivation on the top of my daily agenda. What happened around me, and my cultivation journey, fully confirmed what Master said in "Drive Out Interference," "The Fa can break all attachments, the Fa can destroy all evil, the Fa can shatter all lies, and the Fa can strengthen righteous thoughts." With the guidance of the Fa and under Master’s protection, I have been able to move ahead steadily on the path of rejecting the persecution and "clarifying the facts."
I used to be a timid person, afraid to go out in the dark. Yet I had no fear at all when I went out and hung up truth-clarification banners at night. I was doing it all by myself, yet I felt surrounded by a compassionate light, and clearly realized that I am a particle immersed in the Fa. Once it took me longer to find the right trees to hang the banners, but the neon lights nearby were not turned on until I had hung the last banner. I truly felt that Master’s Law Bodies were protecting Dafa disciples. Another time, I spotted a wall inside a yard and decided a long banner hung on it would be seen from any location on the street. But when I arrived at the yard in the middle of the night, I found it protected behind a locked iron gate. I thought, "I am a Dafa disciple. I will definitely be able to get in, because I have the backing of my Master." So I climbed over the gate and got in, and had no problems hanging the banner. This is inconceivable for a regular person my age!
In face-to-face truth clarification, I explained the facts to whomever I met in my daily life. The people I talked to—those I met when I did shopping, those I saw when I was having my hair cut, or those who came to my house to sell something—were all willing to listen. Some of them would even say, "Falun Dafa is good," whenever they saw me. I realized that this was all arranged by Master, and that all we needed to do was to act with righteous thoughts. There were also times when old human notions emerged and I didn’t want to talk (I don’t like to talk to strangers). But people with predestined relationship would keep raising some topics that would lead our conversation to truth-clarification. One young person asked me, "Auntie, aren’t you afraid?" I said, "No, I am not. I am determined to have the world’s people know that Falun Dafa is good." I deeply felt the truth in Master’s scripture, "Eliminate Your Last Attachment (s)"—"If you are not afraid, the factor that would make you afraid will cease to exist."
A "collaborator" was manipulated by the evil and tried various means to trick me into going to a brainwashing class. With a hint from Master, I thwarted his attempt and told him, "I study the Fa every day. The power of the Fa is so immense, and with Master’s Law Bodies protecting me, you don’t have a chance to harm me." I advised him not to do such foolish things anymore, to study the Fa more, and to start his cultivation anew. But he said he couldn’t get himself interested.
Once, the stubborn evil forces directed the police to arrest me. However, they failed in the face of Dafa’s immense power and Master’s mighty virtue. It was exactly like what Master said in Zhuan Falun, "If anyone can harm you, he or she would be able to harm me. Put simply, that person would be able to harm this universe."
In promoting withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations, I started with a co-worker who was a good friend of mine. But each time I tried to get him to resign from the CCP, he always cited this or that excuse for not quitting it. After studying Master’s Fa, I realized the importance of sending righteous thoughts toward him. So the last time I went to see him, I kept sending forth righteous thoughts on my way to his home. Soon after I stepped in the door and before I said too much, all three members of his family agreed to quit the communist organizations.
The above are my cultivation experiences in doing the three things Master requires us to do well. If there is anything inappropriate, fellow practitioners are welcome to point it out.
