By a practitioner from China

(Clearwisdom.net) I have wanted to share experiences with Singapore practitioners for a long time. I seldom saw articles on Clearwisdom by Singapore practitioners. I had read details about the persecution in Singapore, but as I didn't understand the local cultivation environment, I didn't comment. I was hoping for an experience-sharing article from Singapore practitioners.

On July 25, I found an article "Talking about Eliminating Estrangement With Singapore Practitioners" from a Malaysian practitioner. This article gave me the impetus to share some of my thoughts.

The Malaysian practitioner hoped Singapore practitioners could do better and wished that all practitioners harmonized more, as well as became better in reducing losses and saving more sentient beings.

No matter where we are, there is no difference between practitioners. We are all compassionate Teacher's disciples and learn the same Dafa. We all have the same title, "Dafa practitioner." We need to cultivate according to the righteous Fa and assimilate to "Truth, Compassion, Tolerance" through the practice. We have to let go of selfishness and attachment to life or death. Even a little imperfection is not allowed on the path to achieving godhood. The only difference is that we reincarnated in different corners of this small earth.

We are one body and the evil treats us this way too. Evil forces used the persecution situation in Singapore to cause pressure and difficulties for practitioners in China clarifying the truth and to poison sentient beings.

I believe that the most severe persecution outside China is in Singapore. This is the crucial moment when sentient beings choose their future. Several people in the Singapore government committed highly irrational things that may cause a hopeless situation.

But why are they used to persecute practitioners every now and then?

It is not a coincidence when a practitioner encounters anything on his cultivation path. The troubles, conflicts and difficulties we come across are reminders for us- what human notions and attachments do we need to eliminate? We all need to look inside ourselves following Teacher's earnest and kind teachings.

Based on population and area, Singapore is about the size of a mid-sized to large city. In China, nearby cities may experience very different persecution situations. City A experiences non-stop problems in its information centers. Group after group of practitioners are unlawfully arrested and sentenced. For many years, the evil rode high and every loss for validating the Fa was severe and bitter. The Fa validating work in city A was difficult to establish. On the contrary, City B is only a short distance from City A, but Dafa work in City B has always been good and steady. Information centers were established everywhere and every project was launched without problems. Many people in the city understand the truth of the persecution and local police lower their heads when they meet up with practitioners on the streets. If a practitioner were arrested when clarifying the truth, all practitioners would support him/her with strong righteous thoughts and intensify their efforts in exposing the evil and clarifying the truth. The authorities had no choice but to release the practitioner.

I know the two cities very well. In fact, there are far fewer practitioners in City B than in City A, and there are a lot of capable practitioners in City A. Then why would the persecution in City A be so severe and the evil were able to exploit the gaps of practitioners continuously? The evil can't exploit anything of gods, but it can exploit strong long-term human notions practitioners can't let go.

There are quite a number of talented and capable practitioners in City A, but many hold on to a very strong ego. There are often conflicts between practitioners because they have different understandings and the situation became worse and worse. Coordinators and people in charge often do not act based on the Fa. Practitioners mistrust one another, and don't look within when there is trouble and conflicts. They do not put first their understanding and feelings of the group's overall situation. The unfriendliness between practitioners gives the evil the biggest gap to exploit.

In reality, practitioners definitely have different understandings and the remaining human notions will cause conflicts. The key is to act like a Dafa practitioner despite conflicts and look within unconditionally based on the Fa. By doing so, the conflicts would quickly melt away and there will be greater tolerance between practitioners. The evil cannot exploit the gap if the entire body is in harmony. .

In contrast, practitioners in City B act differently. Though there are conflicts among practitioners, but despite their different understandings, they will put aside their selves and coordinate with each other when doing Dafa work. Even if they didn't completely let go of their selves, they made sure Dafa work got done. In general, they listen to each other's opinion and there is not much estrangement and hindrance. This is why they can walk the righteous path when doing Dafa work. By doing well the three things Teacher asked us to and having righteous thoughts, everything will change unknowingly.

City B didn't reach this point in one single step. They also had major problems, walked many stray paths and experienced great losses. However, coordinators and practitioners in information centers were diligent in studying the Fa, looked within, and learned from their mistakes. The bottom line is that they "cultivated." They motivate each other to improve through validating the Fa. Individual practitioners and the whole body became more and more mature. They walk less stray paths and are helping Teacher to rectify the Fa. They avoid a lot of losses.

We have learned from so many lessons that the persecution severity is related to the cultivation state of the local practitioners. The evil often exploits gaps and persecutes severely in areas where local practitioners aren't diligent in their cultivation.

Teacher said in "Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Fa Conference in Philadelphia", "As I've said, everything that happens today in the ordinary society is the result of Dafa disciples' thoughts." Everything is for eliminating practitioners' human notions during their cultivation process. Teacher's arrangement for us must have reasons. The old forces targeted our human notions, resulting in all of the persecution, troubles and interferences. Teacher wanted us to eliminate human notions, confront conflicts by looking within and improving ourselves. Hence it is very important that we look inward. If we forget to cultivate and can't look inward unconditionally, if we always look without and look for objective causes and refuse to eliminate attachments, the evil will never stop interfering with us.

Every life came to the human world because of the Fa and the knowing side of every life does not dare nor want to sabotage the Fa. It is the evil that use Dafa practitioners' human notion as an excuse and makes the worlds people lose their rationality and further sabotage the Fa.

Then, how can we treat the world's people as our enemy? They are only sentient beings that await us to save them. They have most likely waited also for tens of thousands of years.

However, we must firmly eliminate the evil in other dimensions that manipulates the world's people with righteous thoughts. This is being compassionate to sentient beings as well. Though Singapore is not a communist country, its high level officials have long been irrational toward Falun Gong for economic reasons. There must be evil elements behind the government, which is the sole reason behind the bad deeds committed by that government. Our sending righteous thoughts intensively can eliminate the evil spirits, dark minions and rotten demons behind the government.

The evil party's root is in China. China is the evil spirits' nest. Despite the severe persecution over the past seven years, numerous Dafa practitioners survived by letting go of self and their attachment to life and death. The persecution is not over yet, but practitioners in many places have established a positive situation with righteous thoughts.

I think, no matter how rampant the evil is in Singapore, no matter how difficult Singapore practitioners feel about the situation, it couldn't be more difficult than in China. In China, there is no law, no truth, no justice, and no conscience under CCP rule. Practitioners face the test of life and death everyday. But we are not everyday people! We have Teacher and the Fa. If we let go of our attachment of fearing death, then death will never catch up with us. Practitioners overseas have an easier environment. But, they should still face everything with an attitude that says clearly, "I'm letting go of the fear of death."

Let go of the attachment that makes you wait for everyday people to do something for us. We want Singapore to become an independent and rational country and not a CCP police station overseas. Dafa practitioners hold the key and power to make that happen.

There are many superficial reasons for our various human notions, conflicts, and long time estrangements. But, after so many years, we realized that there is only one true reason, "We didn't study the Fa well." The Fa didn't get to our hearts because those are "human hearts." Only when we steadfastly study the Fa well then can we have compassion and use gods' righteous thoughts to eliminate all the crookedness around us. Gods are omnipotent, compassionate, forgiving, rational, and they do not go to extremes. Their powerful righteous thoughts can eliminate all evil spirits, dark minions, rotten demons that manipulate the Singapore government and cause estrangement between practitioners in the blink of an eye.

Let us study and memorize the Fa well, save the world's people with righteous thoughts, change Singapore's history and let it move into a beautiful future.
