Taiwan: Introducing Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance at a School Principal's Welcome Party (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) A unique welcome tea party was held for a school principal in an atmosphere of expressing gratitude, foresight and good wishes. Mr. Yang Chiu-nan, a Falun Gong practitioner in Pingtung, Taiwan won the heart of the selection committee with his sincere, kind and persevering style and was selected as an elementary school principal. After two months of training, he was assigned to Sai Chia Elementary School. His first day of work was August 1, 2006.

Principal Yang told the guests that four years ago, when his family life and his health were undergoing a crisis, Master Li's Falun Dafa principles saved him and turned over a new page in his life. Principal Yang chose Sai Chia Elementary because he was impressed with the simple, kind and outgoing nature of Paiwan. He was determined to follow the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance and work together with teachers, parents and local residents to help make the local school culture and education even better.

Teachers of Sai Chia Elementary said Principal Yang started visiting each teacher and talking with them about management of the school before he took charge. He has been both kind and personable.

Besides handing over the Principal's Seal, another agenda item was the presentation of a gift from Principal Yang's old boss, Principal Liu of Yuying Elementary. He gave Principal Yang two seals: one of them said "Falun Dafa Is Good." The other said "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance." The welcome tea party was filled with sincerity and kindness. The seeds of Falun Dafa have been planted in many new hearts.
