Jieyang Practitioner Mr. Huang Yongzhong was arrested, sentenced and jailed in Shaoguan Prison for over 5 years. Recently, he was brutally beaten, sustained serious injury to his liver and kidney, and he is on the brink of death. He was sent to Shaoguan Hospital, but he is not being fed, and is still handcuffed to the hospital bed.

Qianan practitioner Ms. Bai Xueshuang, was illegally detained by Qianan police many times. They only stop beating her when she is completely out of breath.

As of July 19, 2001, Ms. Bai Xueshuang had been on hunger strike for 43 days. She was brutally force fed and beaten many times. The prison doctor also injected her with unknown drugs.

Mr. Liu Qin is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Shandong Province, Xintai City, Xinkuang Corporation, Wennan Mineral Company. He was arrested by policeman Li Xin and others from Wennan Police Station when he was posting truth clarification materials on June, 13, 2006. He was persecuted and his home was ransacked. The police also extorted 4400 yuan from his family.

Mr. Liu Qin left the detention center with his righteous thoughts, but the special protection unit of Wennan Mineral Company planned to send him to Wangcun Labor camp for further persecution, so he was forced to leave his home.

10. [Weihai, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Cong Lanxiang Still Illegally Jailed

Weihai practitioner Ms. Cong Lanxian, who is in her 50s, is a retired employee of Second Blanket Factory. On July, 6, 2006, Lijie and four others broke into her home, ransacked her home and arrested her.

In the past month, there have been four practitioners arrested in Huancui District of Weihai City, of whom Ms. Yao Shuyun and Ms. Li Guangzhen are now back home, while Ms. Cong Peilan and Ms. Cong Xianglan are still detained in Weihai Detention Center.

According to sources, after Fuzhou Practitioner Ms. Lin Liwen was arrested on June 2, 2006, her home was ransacked by Fuzhou City, Gulou District, Wufeng Police Station, the Dafa book in her home was taken away, and she was forcefully taken to Second Detention Center. Ms. Lin Liwen asked for her unconditional release and went on hunger strike. She has been sent to Fuzhou City Jianxin Hospital.

Falun Dafa practitioner Wang Ping, of Shenyang City, Faku County, was arrested when she went to Cienshi town to distribute truth clarification materials. She has been sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.

13. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei province] Shijiazhuang Practitioner Ms. Yijucai Bailed Out for Medical Treatment

Shijiazhuang practitioner Ms. Yijucai, a retired cadre from Hebei Provincial Procurator's Office, was illegally sentenced to five years in prison for practicing Falun Gong in 2004. She was jailed in Hebei Women’s Prison, and bailed out for medical treatment around the beginning of June 2006.

Two out of town practitioners were arrested at Jiamusi Railway Station. Practitioner Mr. Xu Dashan was identified by the police by his national ID card, while the other practitioner has not revealed her name.

Yitong Couty Practitioners, Ms. Zhang Wenhua, Ms. Lin Yafang, Ms. Wang Chunfan, and Ms. Yuan Huanjun were reported and arrested by Erdao County Police Station when they distributing truth clarification materials there. They were taken back for interrogation by Xiaodong Li and others, and they were sent to Gongzhuling Detention Center that night.

Of five practitioners arrested in Gaobeidian on June 7, three have returned home. 23. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Many Falun Dafa Practitioners’ Belongings Illegally Confiscated

On the morning of July 8, 2006, the Changchun City National Security Team arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Fengyun and her daughter Baihe from their temporary residence at Changqin District, Dongwudao Street, Dehui City. The police confiscated three computers and some accessories. The police covered Liu Fengyun’s head with a plastic bag and forced her into a police vehicle. At the same time, the police also arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Naihua and her daughter who lives in the same district. Afterwards, the police illegally arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yu from her fruit shop. Then the police went to the family residence area of the Dahua Factory at Dehui City, where they broke into another practitioner’s home and ransacked his home while the practitioner was away.

24. [Beijing] Shi Yingji and Two Other Falun Dafa Practitioners Persecuted

On June 28 and June 29, three Falun Dafa practitioners from Yanqing County, Beijing were arrested and brutally persecuted. Mr.Shi Yingji (31 years old), from Huaying Village, Yongning Town, Yangqing County and former employee of the Railroad Company, had a cerebral hemorrhage due to the brutal persecution. He is currently at the Beijing Police Hospital, and his life is in grave danger. Ms. Wang Xiuqin, a teacher of the Yanqing County Fourth Elementary School, over 50 years old, was sentenced to two years of forced labor and was sent to the Daxing Women’s Forced Labor Camp on July 6, 2006. Mr. Wen Junqing, 36 years old, is detained at the Yanqing County Detention Center.

25. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Zhu Yugui Arrested in Qingdao City

Mr. Zhu Yugui, from the First Team, Huangjin Unit, Gebu District, Yunmeng County, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, was illegally arrested from his workplace by Beizhai police on July 4, 2006. Zhu Yugui used to be on the quality testing staff for the 17th Bureau of the Binhai Road, Qingdao City. Later he was transferred to the project department. He was transferred to the Dashan Detention Center of Qingdao City on July 5. The police refused to let his family members visit him.

26. [Longlin County, Guangxi Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Chen Peizhu Illegally Arrested

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Peizhu from Longlin County was arrested on June 4 and was illegally detained for a month. On July 4, she was illegally arrested. Her relatives tried to visit her but their requests were rejected.

27. [Yongzhou City, Hunan Province] He Xianzhi and Four Other Practitioners Arrested Again

In the beginning of June 2006, police officers from the Cold Water Beach District, Yongzhou City arrested Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. He Xianzhi and Ms. Deng Yulan. Later, on June 8, the police arrested Ms. Xin Luanying and forcibly seized her home. Right now the three practitioners are still detained at the detention center, where they are being persecuted. At the end of June, the police arrested Ms. Song Peiyu. They also beat disabled practitioner Ms. Xiong Luanying and forcibly seized her home. Song Peiyu was illegally sentenced to one and one half years of force labor on June 29.

28. [Shanghai] Falun Dafa Practitioner Guo Jinfu Missing and Likely Arrested

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Guo Jinfu from Shanghai has been missing for two days. He was very likely arrested secretly by the police. Guo Jinfu and his wife Ms. Chen Wenying had previously been illegally sent to the forced labor camp, where they were brutally persecuted. After they were released, they were still monitored and harassed by the police.

29. [Jiangsu Province] Nanjing University Persecutes Falun Dafa Practitioners

Recently, Nanjing University began forcing graduate students to write a pledge not to practice Falun Gong, witholding Falun Gong practitioners’ diplomas and preventing them from finding jobs to continue persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.

30. [Huaihua County, Hunan Province] Luo Jufeng and Many Other Practitioners Sent to Brainwashing Class

On June 27 around 9 a.m., four police from the Xinglong Town Police Station broke into Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Luo Jufeng’s home and took her to the Huaihua County Brainwashing Class.

On the same morning, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yin Guiying was forcibly taken to the Huaihua County Brainwashing Class from her home.

Around 6 a.m. the same morning, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yao Cuiping was forcibly taken to the Huaihua County Brainwashing Class from the Xinhuang Farmer’s Market.

On July 2, Fangjiatun Town officers forcibly took Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Guiping to the Huaihua County Brainwashing Class from the fireworks factory (her workplace).

On June 22 around 10 p.m, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Shen Jinlian and Ms. Yang Faxiu were reported by a villager from Dadongping Village, Fanjiatun Town, Xinhuang while they were on the way to Dadongping Village to clarify the truth about Falun Gong. Later they were taken to the Huaihua County Police Department by the Fangjiatun Town Police. They are currently detained at the detention center.

On July 1, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Pinduan was reported while she clarified the truth on her way back to her hometown. While she was chased by the police, she sent righteous thoughts amd safely walked away. Her husband Mr. Yao (not a Falun Gong practitioner) was taken to the police station and was beaten badly. Then he was sent to the police department and illegally detained. He has since been released.

33. [Gaobeidian City, Hebei Province] Falun Gong Practitioner Wang Xiaolun in a Coma and Sent to Unknown Location

On September 7, the National Security Team of Gaobeidian City forcibly sent Falun Dafa practitioner Wang Xiaolun, who had already been detained at the detention center for more than one month, to the Baoding Forced Labor Camp. In order to protest the persecution, Wang Xiaolun hit his head against the police vehicle and fell unconscious immediately. He is still in a coma.

On September 10, the National Security Team of Gaobeidian City sent Wang Xiaolun to an unknown location.

35. [Shuangyashan, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Yang Xiuying Arrested

On July 4, 2006, Ms. Yang Xiuying, about 50 years old, was taken to the local police station by the local 610 Office. Later she was sent to the Shuangyashan Detention Center.

36. [Funing County, Hebei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Feng Sulan Persecuted

Ms. Feng Sulan, 56 years old, is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Panguanying, Liushouying Town, Funing County, Hebei Province. On March 23, 2006 at 3 p.m., about 20 to 30 people including police from the National Security Team of Funing County Police Department, Zheng Xiaojun, Wang Jiusheng and others from the Liushouying Town Police Station broke in to Ms. Feng Sulan’s home while Feng Sulan was away. They illegally seized her home and confiscated Master Li’s photo, the Nine Commentaries, Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials, etc.

On the afternoon of May 4, 2006, Feng Sulan and another practitioner were reported while passing out truth-clarifying materials. They were handcuffed and taken to the Liushouying Town Government Building by the Liushouying Police, where they were detained until 10:30 in the evening.

On May 24, 2006 around 10 p.m., police from the Liushouying Police Station and Funing County National Security Team broke into Ms. Feng’s home again and took her to the Funing County Detention Center. She was detained there for 15 days and then transferred to the Funing County Brainwashing Class where she remains to date.

40. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Du Jie Persecuted in a Brainwashing Class

In the beginning of December 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Du Jie from Chengdu City was reported when he clarified the truth. He was taken from his home to the Chenghua District Brainwashing Class by the Taoxi Road Police Station and Taoxi Road Street Office. In March 2006, he was sent to the Chengdu Xinjin Brainwashing Class for persecution.

Du Jie is a former employee of the Chengdu Locomotive Factory. He was fired for practicing Falun Gong. He had been arrested and detained many times by the Erxianqiao Police Station and Feng Fawu and others from the Chenghua Police Substation in Chengdu City, and was also illegally sent to the Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp.

41. [Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Zhao Junfang Persecuted at Liaoning Women’s Prison and Suffers Paralysis in Her Legs

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhao Junfang and Ms. Chen Liyan were brutally tortured by the Second Team of the First District in Liaoning Women’s Prison and they can no longer move their legs.

Zhao Junfang has been arrested since October 2004. She was illegally sentenced to four years and has been imprisoned at the Liaoning Women’s Prison. The prison locked her in a small cell and beat her brutally for a long time.
