Western Practitioner's Sharing on Her Performance in Chinatown

This Saturday I watched a young man on a bicycle start off with a face twisted with bad words he was yelling at us, and gradually shift, as his eyes turned red and tears streamed down his face. As I crashed the cymbals in time to the song Falun Dafa Hou, I repeated over and over in my mind "Save yourself. We're here to help you save yourself." During the song "Dadu" he stopped yelling, and he began wiping his eyes as he cried.

There was another well dressed man who stood watching us all afternoon. His face was unmoved for about two hours, and then I noticed his eyes getting red, and he went and got an Epoch Times newspaper and a flier. He read all of it during the rest of our performances.

Mostly it was the children that seemed to be predestined. One little guy had his own toy drum that he drummed in time with the band. He must have been about ten months old, sitting in his stroller, but he was right in time with our beat until his sister took away his drumsticks and he cried. One little girl refused to leave with her mom, she just wanted to march to the beat of the band. A young boy smiled and nodded his head to the beat as he kept watching the band even though his arm was stretched straight out in front of him by his father's pulling him along.

Many people took photos of us as we played. Many stopped and read the fliers and signed our petition. Crowds kept coming in waves. A group of muddle headed people began waving their arms and making ugly faces at us. A few strong righteous thoughts sent them off down the street.

The weather promised rain but the sun accompanied us as we marched in our straight lines and played our four songs with gusto. A few drops started as we ended, and it did rain later. I guess we sent out that blast with our sound and it returned the evil in a melted, transparent form!

It is a glorious feeling to watch beings saving themselves as the band disintegrates the evil from around them!
