county, Fushun City, Liaoning Province was active in persecuting Falun Gong ever
since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started persecuting Falun Gong in 1999.
Jin has broken into Falun Gong practitioners' homes, confiscated their books,
and threatened them. He also produced, directed and acted in a stage show
contrived to slander Falun Gong. Jin Xueming intended to stage the slanderous show first in Bianwai Village,
Yushu Township, then in other places. About 20 officials were presenting the
show in Bianwai. After the show finished, Jin was shot to death as he was
walking out the door by his personal enemy Nan. No one dared to stage a repeat
performance of Jin's program after that. Locals widely acknowledge that Jin

Navy Base, Liu Lianhong has been actively involved in the persecution of Falun
Gong since July 20, 1999. He participated in setting up a brainwashing center,
sending practitioners to jail, confiscating their property, and slandering Falun
Dafa and its founder. Liu died in a motorcycle accident around May 2002, an
example of karmic retribution coming to those who do evil. Police Officers in Haicheng City, Liaoning Province Receive Karmic
Retribution Because of Persecuting Falun Gong Jiang Yan and He (surname) were officers of a police station in Haicheng
City, Liaoning Province. Both followed the former Chinese president Jiang's
persecution of Falun Gong, ransacking practitioners' homes to look for Falun
Dafa books, smashing pictures of the founder of Falun Gong, and other crimes.
Officer He died in a traffic accident in 2004 while Jiang Yan was sentenced to
prison for 2 years for counterfeiting. Jiang Yan was beaten and maimed by his
enemies after his release from jail. A Case of Karmic Retribution to a Police Officer in Puning City, Guangdong
Province Xu Huachang, about 40 years old, is the Chief of Police of the northern
Puning area. When the persecution of Falun Gong started on July 20, 1999, Xu
took it as a chance to gain a political promotion and economic gain. Thus he has
been involved in slandering Falun Gong and preventing practitioners from
clarifying the truth to the authorities in Beijing. He is suffering
from hepatoma now with a swollen stomach. Xu and his family have still not yet
taken practitioners' advice to stop persecuting Falun Gong. Communist Party Secretary of Tuoshan Township, Wafangdian City Died of
Hepatoma Li Shaopeng, former Communist Party Sectary of Tuoshan Township, Wafangdian
City, followed Jiang's persecution of Falun Gong. He acted harshly toward
practitioners who went to Dalian City to clarify the truth about Falun Gong.
When the local teachers of Tuoshan were renewing their contracts, he interfered
with the contract renewal for a teacher who practices Falun Dafa. Li returned
practitioners' considerate advice with curses, but he was later stopped by his
superior. On April 1st of the lunar calendar in 2004, Li
died of hepatoma. We feel sad whenever hear such stories of karmic retribution. One should live
with his conscience. Nevertheless, through vicious propaganda to demonize Falun
Gong, the CCP and the Jiang and Luo regime have lead many people to participate
in the persecution. Those who have been actively involved in the persecution are
hiding the truth that Falun Gong is being persecuted, trading their conscience
for personal gain. We hope that those who are currently carrying out the persecution will
