Austria: Promoting Falun Gong and Exposing the Persecution in Salzburg (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Austrian Falun Gong practitioners held an activity in Salzburg on September 3, 2006, to expose the atrocities committed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in their brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. On the same day, CCTV (Chinese Central Committee Television, one of China’s state-run TV channels) also held an activity very near the venue of the Falun Gong practitioners’ activity. Many Chinese performers and the CCTV staff saw the anti-torture exhibition of Falun Gong practitioners, with huge banners to disclose the persecution. The activity also attracted many local government officials, journalists and business people, who took leaflets and signed a petition calling for an end the persecution.
