(Clearwisdom.net) I treated a patient eight years ago who was a police officer working in another county's police department, and we saw each other again yesterday. He very warmly greeted me, and said, "Long time no see! I remember that you are a very nice person. I have really wanted to see you lately, because I want to tell you some good news."
I thought to myself that I should really try to convince him to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its related organizations. Then I asked, "What good news?" He said, "Many officers in our police department have withdrawn from the CCP. Why don't you quit as well?"
I asked again, "Have you withdrawn? Why did you withdraw from the Party?" He said, "I am lucky to have a relative that practices Falun Gong. Let me tell you, those Falun Gong practitioners are so kind. They are all good people. We've been deceived by the CCP about them. Please do not believe in the CCP any more. I used to help the vile Party arrest practitioners, force them go through brainwashing sessions, and send them to prison. We used all sorts of pressure to force good people to curse, lie, and give up their faith in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. We were trying to force good people to turn into scoundrels. It's frightening! If it was not for the kind practitioners patiently clarifying the truth to me, and explaining the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to me, my whole family's future would be ruined by my sins. I thank Falun Gong! People should live righteously, and eliminate their sins. I have helped many people withdraw from the CCP, so they can avoid evil and live safely."
I told him with joy, "Do you know why I am a good person? Because I am also a Falun Dafa practitioner."
