Brutally Persecuted in the No. 2 Prison in Jilin Province Dafa practitioner Sun Qian has suffered brutal persecution in the No. 2
Prison in Jilin Province following his illegal sentence. He is now suffering
from erosive gastritis and tuberculosis in the lymph glands. His life is in
danger, yet the persecutors refuse to release him, and instead tighten their

in Tailai Prison Ying Anbang, a Dafa practitioner from Heilongjiang Province, was illegally
sentenced to four years in prison for clarifying the truth in his
classroom. At the end of April 2006, he was transferred from the Hulan Prison to
the Tailai Prison in Qiqihar. He is now in extremely poor health. 3. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Li Lianjun Persecuted in a
Labor Camp in Jinzhou City Li Lianjun, a Dafa practitioner from Linghai City, has been detained in the
No. 2 Brigade of a labor camp in Jinzhou City. He has been severely persecuted
and is now extremely emaciated and weak. However, the police still refuse to

abuse there. 5. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Zhang Yuwen Illegally At about 10 p.m. on August 21, 2006, practitioner Zhang Yuwen was putting up
truth-clarifying posters under bridges in Chaoyang City when someone saw her and
reported her to the police. Policeman Wang Fengjun from the Qianjing Police
Station in Caoyang District arrested her. She was detained in the No 2 Custodial

practitioner Qu Xiumin and took her to a brainwashing class in the Xiangshu
Reservoir Area of Shulan City. She refused to cooperate and managed to escape
early in the morning on July 25. She was forced into homelessness for 17 days to
hide from the lawless police. 7. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Tian Ziqiang Arrested Police from the Wenhualu Police Sub-Station in Jianhua District, Qiqihar City
arrested Dafa practitioner Tian Ziqiang on August 25, 2006 and ransacked his
house. He is now detained in a custodial station in Qiqihar. 8. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Practitioners Dai Yuzhu, Zhang Shuzhi and
Cao Yumei Arrested At about 8 a.m. on August 25, 2006, the policemen who had been monitoring
Dafa practitioners arrested Ms. Dai Yuzhu, Ms Zhang Shuzhi and Ms Cao Yumei at

County, Linyi City were sent to the No. 1 Women's Labor Camp in Shandong
Province and sentenced to one and a half years and one year, respectively. At about 8 a.m. on August 23, 2006, perpetrators from the 610 Office in Lunan
County arrested Dafa practitioner Zhao Xiaocong from Lunan County Shandong
Province. She has been sentenced to three years in a labor camp. [Jiaonan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Zhang Lichun Sentenced to
Three Years in a Labor Camp Dafa Practitioner Zhang Lichun from Jiaonan City, Shandong Province, was
arrested in Wendeng City, Shandong Province on June 23, 2006. She was sent to
the Wangcun Labor Camp in Zhibo City and sentenced to three years. 11. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Wang Fengqiang Arrested On the morning of August 23, 2006, when Ms Wang Fengqiang was distributing
truth-clarifying materials in the Donghuan International Square in Jinan City,
security guards arrested her. Property Management, Donghuan International Square: 86-531í 83531000 12. [Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Liu Bogang and Others Persecuted in
Tailai Prison Dafa Practitioner Liu Bogang and others were taken to Tailai Prison in July
2006. They continued to be persecuted there after suffering abuse at the No. 1
Custodial Station in Qiqihar for one year and eight months. In the past two
months no family members have been allowed to visit them. 13. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Zhao Shengpu Arrested At about 10 a.m. on August 28, 2006, the political instructor in Laizhou
City, Liu Hongtao, led policemen from the National Protection Team in Laizhou
City to break into middle school teacher Zhao Shengpu's house and arrest him.
They ransacked the house and confiscated Dafa materials, a recorder, a printer
and his son's computer. 14. [Xining City, Qinghai Province] Practitioner Shi Caiyun and Others
Arrested In mid-May 2006, police secretly arrested 56-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner
Shi Caiyun from Nanhuan County, Xining City. On the afternoon of May 26, 2006,
the police arrested Ms. Liu Yuzhen, Mr. Wu Zhongmin and Ms. Su Tinghong. In the
evening, police from the National Security Bureau in Xining City secretly
ransacked their houses. Mr. Wu was illegally sentenced to one and a half years
in a labor camp. 15. [Qinghai Province] Wang Xianqin Arrested In July 2006, Falun Gong practitioner Wang Xianjin (in her fifties) was
arrested and taken to a women's labor camp. 16. [Huangzhong County, Qinghai Province] Practitioner Ma Gui Arrested On the afternoon of August 3, 2006, policemen from the Public Security Bureau
in Huangzhong County, Qinghai Province arrested practitioner Mr. Ma Gui who is
physically disabled and ransacked his home. 17. [Xining City, Qinghai Province] Li Xingfu and Yuan Airong Illegally
Detained On August 18, 2006, the police ransacked the houses of Falun Gong
practitioners Li Xingfu and Yuan Airong and arrested the couple. They are now
detained in the Ershilipu Custodial Station in Xining City. 18. [ Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Wang Detong On Trial Police officers from Lichang District arrested Wang Detong in May 2006. He
has been illegally held in Dashan Custodial Station. The Lichang District Court
was attempting to have a trial for him on September 5. 19. [Luquan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhang Yun Arrested On June 30, 2006 some plainclothes policemen arrested Zhang Yun (in her
fifties) when she was clarifying the truth to people. She was illegally detained
in a custodial station in Luquan City. She was released in the middle of July.
On the morning of August 27, the police abducted Zhangyun from her home again.
She is now being held in a custodial station in Shijiazhuang City. 20. [Chiping County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Dong Yuling Arrested On August 22, 2006, fifty nine year-old Dafa practitioner Dong Yuling, from
Hutun Village, Chiping County, Shandong Province, was reported to the police
when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials. Officials from the 610
Office arrested her and sent her to a custodial station in Chiping County. 21. [Qingtongxia City, Ningxia Province] Police Arrest Practitioner Wu
Shanglan Dafa Practitioner Wu Shanghong, from Dongfanghong Village, Shaogang Town,
Qingtongxia City, Ningxia Province, was reported to the police when she was
distributing truth-clarifying materials in August 2006. Police officers in
Shanggang Village, Qingtongxia City, and from the Public Security Bureau in
Yongning County, took her away from her home. 22. [Beihai City, Guangxi Province] Information on the Persecution of
Practitioner Zeng Zhiwang In November 1999, while Dafa practitioner Zeng Zhiwang (from Dijiao Area,
Beihai City) and other practitioners were watching Teacher's video lectures,
someone reported them to the police. All of the practitioners were forcibly
taken to a police station. They were detained for 15 days in the No. 2 Custodial
Station. In 2000, Zeng Zhiwang went to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Dafa. She
was arrested and detained in the No. 1 Custodial Station in Beihai City for one
month. On three occaisions the police forced her to attend brainwashing classes
in a drug rehabilitation center in Beihai City. Every time she was held for one
month. On the Double Ninth Festival in October 2003, police from the Public Security
Bureau in Haicheng District arrested her and detained her for 3 days. Later she
was detained for another 15 days in the No. 2 Custodial Station in Beihai City. On February 28, 2004, police from the Dijiao Police Station arrested Zeng
Zhiwang and took her to a brainwashing class where she was persecuted. 23. [ Changsha City, Hunan Province] Dafa Practitioners Li Xuangang and Huang
Yonghui Sentenced at the End of June 2006 24. [Hengyang City, Hunan Province] Xiao Shuyun Arrested On August 21, 2006, officer Zou Aiguo from Tingzi Town, Qidong County,
Hengyang City, Hunan Province, led police from the County National Security
Bureau to break into Xiao Shuyun's home. They took away Dafa books, Teacher's
photos and truth-clarifying materials. They forcibly took Ms. Xiao to the local
police station where they cuffed her to the windows on the second floor. They
plan to send her to a labor camp. 25. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zang Lianmei Illegally
Sentenced On July 2, 2005, policemen from the National Protection Team in Dalian City
followed Dafa practitioner Zang Lianmei from Dalian City. They seized her and
took her to the Yaojia Custodial Station. They confiscated three boxes of
truth-clarifying materials. Zang Hailian has been illegally sentenced to three
years and is detained and persecuted in a women's prison in Liaoning Province. 26. [Chongqing City, Sichuan Province] Zou Hualan and Other Several
Practitioners Arrested On the evening of August 24, 2006, Zou Hualan and another two practitioners
were reported to the police when they were clarifying the truth to people. They
were arrested and their homes were ransacked. The police stole a computer and a
printer worth over ten thousand yuan from Zou Hualan's home. 27. [Yiyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Yin Weibin Arrested in Beijing Police from the Security Bureau in Beijing arrested Dafa practitioner Yin
Weibin from Yiyang City, Hunan Province when he was distributing
truth-clarifying materials. His whereabouts are unknown. 28. [Xuyong County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Li Yunsheng Forced to
Become Homeless and Destitute to Avoid Arrest At about 9 a.m. on August 28, 2006, policeman Ma Yuliang from Xuyong County,
Sichuan Province broke into Dafa practitioner Li Yunsheng's home. Li Yunsheng
slipped away without their notice. He has been forced to become homeless and
destitute in order to avoid being arrested. 29. [Beihai City, Guangxi Province] Persecution of Practitioners Zhang
Guanzao and Weng Liangfen Seventy-year-old Zhang Guanzhao and 42-year-old Weng Lianfen are Dafa
practitioners from Yintian County, Yinhai District, Beihai City, Guanxi
Province. In July 2000, they went to Beijing with other practitioners to appeal
on behalf of Falun Gong. Officers from the police station in Yinhai District
arrested them and took them to the Longtai Police Sub-Station where they were
detained. They were transferred to the No. 2 Custodial Station in Beihai City
and were persecuted there for another month. In March 2001, Zhang Guanzao was
arrested again and taken to a brainwashing class in Longtan Village. Zhang
Guanzao was illegally detained there for 8 days. In 2006, policeman Weng Liangfen went to practitioners' homes and harassed
them. He ransacked their houses and took away tape players and exercise tapes.
